The condition of electric power provided to the residents of madhyamgram is really bad, there are frequent power outages for long durations. And voltage up downs, causing electrical appliances to malfunction. Me, including the residents of madhyamgram would be grateful if these problems would be taken care of.
The people of new khulna pally really need some help.

      I am writing this on behalf of mr. Suhas kumar basu - sr. Advocate, barasat district judges court,

      I would like to inform you that, mr. Suhas kumar basu - the current owner of this flat (Kamala smriti housing), situated at haritala more, barasat north 24 prgs, though the meter (Consumer id:[protected] name pertains to the previous owner mr. Anjan sengupta.

      The flat remains under lock since purchase, no one resides in. Though i have been paying the monthly electric bill regularly and last payment was made for the month of feb 2020 to april 2020, as i am not residing there so electric bill used to come in the average basis which does not exceed more than 200 for 3months. For your kind perusal i am sending herewith some previous bill.

      But for current bills for may, june, july 2020, have been generated 665/- per month i. E 1961.00 for total amount of three months which is not only exorbitant but also abnormal reasons of which has been stated above.

      I assume that the bill has been generated on pro data basis due to covid-19 situation, but this exorbitant amount is not at all accepted, kindly review the bill and arrange to send the amended one.

      For your further reference i am attaching the last two payment receipt copies.

        Sir,
        We are highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the power supply of suri electricity office by the suri west sub division under natun pally area near pole no.12 and hp petrol pump on panagarh - morgram high way. Daily 6 to 7 hours power cut is a routine. Inspite of repeated complaints, we are unable to avail uninterrupted service.
        Kindly look into this matter with primary importance.

            I am swapan kumar maiti. I am an orthopedic type handicapped person with 90% disability. Since 1997 i have a quotation of maximum demand of 8.78 kva under pratappur ccc of wbsedcl, panskura, purba medinipur (Consumer no[protected].

            I am attaching a picture of a final assessment bill generated by s. S of pratappur ccc.
            In this bill there is clearly mentioned the assessment load is 2.5 kva. Unit calculated=lxpfxdxhxlf=16434. It is wrong. It should be
            Lxpfxdxhxlf
            =2.5x0.85x367x8x0.75
            =4679.25.
            We know wbsedcl is a very big company where this silly mistake cannot be taken place.
            I already talked to the responsible person but he told me that it cannot be modified as it is final bill.

            The energy meter's pulse glows abnormally without any load since sep'2019. When three phase both goes in low voltage after rain or strom, the meter consumes 200/300 units at a time. I have video proof regarding this. I complained many times regarding this. They haven't change the meter till now. The solution of a. E of pratappur ccc is to check the wiring of the connection. I cannot expect it from a well educated person.

            So, i am requesting you kindly take a step against this fraud and save this poor handicapped person.

                no meter reading

                Last 10 months my house is empty and nobody living in my house and regularly we have received minimum charges of rs.84/- but for this month received mismatch bill. My present meter reading is 192.
                As per bill meter reading claim is 347 and for your information no body visit my home for checking the meter and without checking send the mismatch bill.

                I am from west bengal, dist - uttar dinajpur, ps - chopra, pin - 733207, sorry to say you sir, we are facing continuously high voltage problem. Electric department is avoiding our complain.in my house tv damaged, home theatre damaged, and many electronics equipments are damaged. Who will pay money for this damage? I want answer and sir where is your complain number? 19121 in not working you kno that. I am very disappointed from your # electricity department chopra.

                      I made electricity bill payment through online payment option at bellow link of wbsedc.

                      Payment was successful and my account got debited, bit finally got the error page instead of receipt.

                          Respected sir,

                          I, narayan chandra bhattacharjee had applied for a new electric connection for my house on portal by application no [protected] with contract demand of 3000 watt. Required money for this purpose was deposited online by transaction id: nur[protected] on date: 15.06.2018 12:27:59 amounting rs 6430.00.

                          It has been around 2 year (Or 650 days) from the date i have paid the money for the new electric meter connection but till date no letter was issued to me explaining about the delay.

                          I have already submitted necessary documents like id proof, anchal tax, deed/porcha for the premise at domjur ccc. Again i have attached copy of the quotation, receipt with this as supporting documents.

                          Now, i am requesting you to provide the electricity meter or refund the amount at a date as early as possible.
                          I have registered two docket with corresponding docket no. 22798358 dated 27/05/2019 and 28469880 dated 20/02/2020.
                          However, till date no action was taken.
                          I also have visited the domjur office to request a either disconnect my existing line and connect in my name. However, they have not provided any clear answer.

But in the website it is still showing that my bill is pending. But the money has got debited from my account. Please help me out with this.                             Sir, my electricity bill has abnormally increased from rs-600 to rs -23000 (Three months). There are only 2 tube lights and a single ceiling fan which are connected with that meter and they are only operated in the morning and in the evening time.
