Not received my order no is s80442561

I have ordered a reebok shoes & blackwood watch and blackwood sunglasses whakky.com my ordered no is s80442561 and paid an amount rs.999.00 cod charges 100. But the ordered product not received after the due date. When i called in the compliant cell of whakky.com, nobody took the phone. Even the email of the company is to not working.
When i track my order through the site it shows the message " preparing
To ship"...

No refund, no return, no revert on my product

. I received the same after almost 3 weeks time. I made COD by paying Rs.100/- extra. To my surprise all the t Shirts are of same colour and that to of a smaller size.
