I transferred rs.1, 000/= towards fastag recharge amount, on 3.1.2020, from my account with axis bank. My bank statement shows the amount as having been duly debited to my account, and credited to beneficiary (Yourselves) on same day.
The said amount has not been appearing in available balance in my wallet. However, the same is duly appearing as "success" transaction in my wheelseye app on the mobile.
Please arrange to credit the amount to my wallet immediately.
