I am totally deceived by whirlpool service centre and their technician Mr. Rajesh. My product was delivered and and Mr. Rajesh came in for demo. He did not tell me anything and asked for getting g the tap fittings done. He took my signature on his receipt inadvertently saying he will come after the fittings and it was just for the visit. After that I called him and he gave me support number to register a complaint so that his route for the day can be made. I kept calling on the support number for hours. Finally someone picked up just to tell Mr. Rajesh is on leave today. I feel so cheated by this man and this company.

My product is not working and shuts off after 2 3 mins and has become a nuisance for me to deal with this service centre staff. They are not even responding to my calls now.

Pathetic experience with whirlpool. I can't keep taking leaves on working days for a dishwasher installation. Kindly send the technician today or else get the product returned.

This is very disturbing. For such a costly product there is no after sale service from such a prestigious company.

And an action may be taken against Mr. Rajesh ( Delhi service centre )for misguiding me for so long.

I bought whirlpool refrigerator from one of the dealer in Rs. 32000 around.
Suddenly after one year fridge is not cooling raise a complaint against the cooling condition in Whirlpool Customer Care they have created a ticket and send one service men for servicing then after that he have changed some parts which cost around 5000 then again after that is still not working.
Please look at it i am very curious about my fridge i bought it from my Salary and if it is not working then please replaced the fridge.

We just bought this 3 days before from Reliance digital and facing this UB error everytime we use it.
Kindly take return this defect product and refund my full amount paid.
Also, am totally upset on buying and money loss due to this defect product,
If my amount not refunded in full after returning, I will plan for legal action against Whirlpool under consumer rules and regulations.

Our Whirlpool single door refrigerator had cooling issue. We raised a ticket and a service partner came to fix it. He charged us rs. 3150/-. Upon checking the price of the accessories, we realized he over charged us. We asked them about it, the service partner not only refused to share us the accessories price list, they tried to deceive us by sharing a fake price list in excel....

Our washing machine is brought about an year and it started malfunctioning since yesterday and raised ticket as well; No one has even called or attended and if we call customer care, they keep saying, will come in few hrs; Pathetic service this is!

It just been 21months we are already getting ub error couldn't find any solution what ever, sending mail video to company, , more then 15 visit of technician, many parts changed by company even we do we can't find solution to this problem now customer service is not even responding don't know what we will do with this waste box worst experience with whirlpool.

I purchased my whirlpool 6 sense refrigerator in 2015 and August 23 my fridge suddenly cooling very low so I complaint in customer care.same day technician was coming and check my fridge he said fridge pcb part and compressor was damaged so I compressor is in warranty so you pay only pcb charges nearly 6000 repair charges.next day call from service centre & they told me company not making old fridge parts so we will replace your fridge and you pay 35000 & your fridge value is 6000 fridge total cost is 41000/-, my fridge compressor is in under warranty so how to company dissolved spare parts...

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the unresolved cooling problem in my refrigerator. Despite multiple service requests GHA[protected], and GHA[protected], the issue persists, and it has now been 30 days since my initial complaint. The prolonged inconvenience food wastage and insulin injection wastage are unacceptable.

Stated complaints closed without any resolution

I am attaching a copy of the Job card and the payment made and no resolution provided


I urgently request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue comprehensively. I expect a qualified technician to be dispatched promptly to diagnose and repair the refrigerator. Clear and consistent communication regarding the status of the repair process is essential.


Furthermore, I believe it's only fair to request compensation for the significant losses I've incurred during this period without a functional appliance. I hope this email serves as a final plea to address this matter promptly before I explore other avenues for resolution.

It is not getting cooled. Not even one month was over the Unit is giving problem. We have last week complained to your local Service Centre in visakhapatnam, they have come inspected the Refrigerator and rectified the issue and instructed us to monitor for the issue and if again the problem comes to inform them.

The same problem has again cropped up. It looks as though you have supplied a defective set to us. I request you kindly replace the Refrigerator with new one which works perfectly.

Please note the Refrigerator was bought just a month ago and already complaints. We have been long standing customer of Whirlpool, our earlier Refrigerator and Washing machine also of Whirlpool make. You are making us lose confidence in Whirlpool. I used to proudly say to my colleagues that Whirlpool is the best company. It looks, now I have to change my opinion.

I request you to take early action in the matter and replace the Refrigerator.
