I bought an air conditioner in 2023. This time I got it serviced; however, it still was not cooling properly. After multiple complaints, the service center informed me that it requires a replacement as both the external as well as internal units have leakage. Post that, I have filed complaint for the same issue multiple times (on 4 Apr and 30 Apr). Till date, it has not been resolved. The complaint is pending for almost a month now. I have tried calling the service center in vain. I have called customer care center; the executives have not been able to resolve the issue. Finally, after much effort, when I was able to talk to a senior customer care executive, it was informed that the model size is not available and that is why the delay is there.
As a customer, I am really disappointed in the customer support provided by Godrej.
