Our whirlpool microwave was not working and so we called customer care 2 1/2 months ago to report the complaint. A technician came and checked and said magnetron needs to be replaced. He then came one week later with a magnetron which didnt match with the microwave and said that he will come again with the correct magnetron and left. He didnt come after that (for the past 3 months). When we called he replied that the correct part is yet to arrive, it is not available in the market. When we called the customer service center, they dont have any clue about what is happening, as they dont know the latest status of the complaint. They told me that the part has arrived and technician will come in 24 hrs, but when i called the technician he said that part is not ready still. We are fed up of calling the whirlpool technician as they are not picking up our calls, sometime they pick up and say our product is obsolete and asking to buy a new microwave. we are frustrated. As you can see we paid Rs 10, 00 for this microwave (30C) in 2010, hoping to use it for atleast 10 yrs. But whirlpool seems to obsolete all their products in less than 5 yrs. Why should i buy a product which becomes obsolete in 5 years??? can someone please respond?

    I purchase the washing machine on 30th june 2014. i need a complain on 25th june 2016 in warranty period. my complain number is ah [protected]. your service engineer is come & take the photograph for this complain & talk to him i send the photo graph our company & the company can decision change the part in warranty yes or no. after 2 days he calling him this product is not in warranty you can change this product rs.2600/- chargeable. this part is inside part not a outside part. so this part is under warranty so can change the parts needfully.

        This is bringing to your kind notice that I had bought a whirlpool refrigerator of model no.3950FP313D & Sr. no.[protected] on dated[protected]. Later I have complained on whirlpool India toll free call in subject of “Refrigeration not cooling” on dated[protected]. Complain was registered by whirlpool India and provide the complaint no. is GB[protected]. Same day an engineer came from Anu electronics 22 madhuvan enclave Mathura to attend the complaint and he checked the refrigeration & he says there is no problem fridge is ok. He charged rupees 450/- as servicing charge with ought any bill/ slip. But same problems “Refrigeration not cooling”. We are continuing communicate on above toll free no. of Whirlpool India since 29-06.2016 to till date. But they are unable to give proper response on my previous complaint and failing to provide me proper information as well as they are misguiding and false assurance to me since[protected]. So I have very tired, mentally harassed to doing this.

        If you not take appropriate action against concern authorize service center with in 02days from this notice I will be bond to take legal action against you. And I will file a complaint for compensation for mentally harassed due to your negligence with the Consumer Court Mathura under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986. This is for your kind notice.

        Dear All Conc.,

        This is J.Saravanan. We are from chennai.We have purchased a double door whirlpool refrigerator on May 2012.
        Recently we got some cooling issues in the refrigerator. My mother called our local whirlpool help desk and registered a complaint on 20th may. There was no complaint number given and the issue is not rectified till now. Moreover the behavior of the customer care person and the technicians were so rude. There was no respect been given to old aged people and they were insulted badly by your customer care rep.

        After calling two to three times, a technician came and told that compressor got failed and need to be replaced.
        I accepted for that. But it took for them three weeks time just to get a compressor.
        Unfortunately even now the problem is not solved.
        I have spent nearly 7000rs till now to whirlpool for no use.
        It has been now three months, the fridge is still not working, there was no action taken by whirlpool for this complaint.
        I want a immediate attention on this issue by today itself, otherwise I may have to move forward legally.

            Hello,
            I have whirlpool refrigerator, which is not working properly.
            Its been 14 days, i have registered a complaint in your company.
            I registered my first complaint on[protected].
            From that day
            Almost 8 engineers visited my house to check thestatus of fridge and every other engineer is charging over and over.
            One after another
            I am tired of this mess, still my refrigerator is not working.
            They filled gas they changed timer and 2-3 more parts of it, and still it is not working.

            I am astonished that
            A company like whirlpool, a beand name amongst refrigerator is hiring such idiotic personalities of so called engineers, whi can not resolve the issue.

            I am not asking you to repair it anymore, it is not working and i have already paid a lot you.
            So please refund my all money for not doing anything in my refrigerator.
            I am attaching the bills.
            Find it and refund the Amount.

              We purchased a whirlpool airconditioner on april 13th for my residence at palakkad, kerala., and requested customer care for installation. As usual i was given a satisfaction code and assured of their best services within 24 hours. But even after 24 hours when nobody came i contacted the customer care and i was given the palakkad service centre contact. Since we were to leave for chennai the next day i requested them to send somebody over at the earliest or if not possible asked them whether i can get it installed by a local person. They told me to go ahead and i contacted my local service engineer who assured me he would come by 8 pm.In the meantime the whirlpool service centre contacted me and informed that their service engineers are on the way. Two very young boys came and started installing hurriedly. They were talking of going to a movie. After installing the ac. It was all over in half an hour or so but there was absolutely no cooling effect. On being asked they said its a new machine and will take time to give desired effect. But that night too inspite of having an ac, we spend the night as if in an oven. The next day we came off to chennai. Now we booked a complaint on 27.06.16 and they sent a person who said the gas has completely leaked and demanded 2000 for refilling - reduced to 1750/- since it was under warranty. During course of enquiry it was learnt that the service engineers were not whirlpool staff but locals... How could a reputed organisation send two immature local boys for installing an ac earned with our hard earned money.. The gas would have leaked during the installation process due to wrong handling. I want the gas to be refilled free of cost since the unit has not been used at all.

              The service is extremely poor and the company is just not bothered about the buyers satisfaction. A reputed company like Whirlpool must realise that customer satisfaction must be the key to their growth. Outsourcing their service to local technicians is Ok as long as they keep a tab on them...and the customers must be informed prior to installation as to whether the service engineers are authorised personnel or not so that the customer can decide whether to get their costly appliance like Airconditioners installed by them or not.
              No cooling and not working properly
              Engineer visits and changes one part everyday of washing machine.Not possible for a middle class family like ours to bare such unnecessary expenditure.
              Intention of the whirlpool service can easily be understood by such behavior.
              Hence changing company.

                I've registered a complaint 45 days back and after repeated follow up, finally a technician came to our place and checked. He said pcb is gone and it needs to be changed. He has changed and charged us approx. Rs. 2800. After some days of changing this, we had another problem - this time all our items were getting frozen and ultimately got spoiled. This time again we called the customer care and registered the complaint. They said again i need to pay for the service charge - which was not even 1 week & inspite of our repeated reminders no one turned up so far. Such a disappointing service one can expect - everytime i call the customer care or the service engineer, i get the same reply "we will arrange for a call back", so far nothing changed.

                  I make complain for non working of my refrigerator on 13th june on toll free no. & complain no. Gbprice [protected].
                  Sane day mechanics examin & say pcb will be replaced. I say ok do it then he says that part is not available & take 7 to 10 days to replace it.
                  Now more then 14 days passed still that part was not changed.
                  I contact so many times via toll free no. To seniors bought no positive response from them.

                  Still in this horrible summers i am waiting for replacement of that part so we can get cold water & preserve our edible goods.

                    I am using whirpool washing maching top load and it was purchased on[protected] and i have received call for applying the amc and then i understand there is gain plan where it needs to be applied before 18 month i have not received any communication from whirpool/seller and i enquired about this with customer care and they agreed its their fault of not intimating the same as what they did currently. So i have requested them to extend that gain plan now as its a mistake from their end. Till now i didnt get any proper response and warranty period is going to expire in next 2 day so need your immedialte action on it.

                      I had purchased whirlpool double door refrigerator from rishikesh... After two years it's creating problem. I had purchased this in year 2011. I complain also for this. And from ur side it has been serviced by 3 tym after year and year. Bcz it's create same problem after 1 year passed. And continues after 1 year it creates same problem. The problem was that the refrigerator works not well. It's cooling is too weak. On the other side fridge was cooling too much. After some days it's filled with ice. But refrigerator is not so cool. Cool. Now its 2016 the problem is same. Every year i spent 2500 on this for its service. U can check in my complaint section that it has been servicesed by 3 tym from the company. But now i'm fed up. Again it's creating same problem. For how many tym i pay for this. Plzz give solutions for my this complaint. I don't want this fridge any more. I'm totally fed up. Plzz solve this.

                        I paras gupta purchased a whirlpool split ac 1.5 ton from ranjeet electronics uttam nagar new delhi on 18apr2016 in just 2 months it had a major complaint like compressor not working, i had registered a complaint (Dl[protected]) on 23apr and the engineer came on 25apr he said compressor is not working it will take atleast 10-15days to resolve it.In this hot summer how we survive without ac pls replace my outdoor unit not only compressor and resolve asap and reply me.

                            I purchased a waching machine 360 for 25, 000 rs and after 3 months it gave a wire problem and then a noise issue.
                            THe product was purchased not even a year back and already complains seem to arise.
                            surprised how this system works you complain and no one attends to the problem. i am wondering if wirpool is the right company for purchase from or all the others are the same.

                            I also see in the forum many complains unanswered is it worth waiting for a company employee to reply back to our concerns or just by-cot the product all together.

                              Bought one fully automatic washing machine on 9/4/2016. Machine had issue with pcb and got replaced by company on 10/6/16.
                              But this machine has also same problem as power switch is not working properly.

                              Now i had lost my trust with whirlpool company and i want refund of my money. There is know one in the company who is sensitive about customer issue.

                                I have a whirlpool refrigerator which was purchased in the year 2001. It is a 210 litre double door refrigerator. The above complaint was lodged on 8th june regarding replacement of the broken shelf and the vegetable tray cover.

                                I am using another whirlpool refrigerator of 165 litres and the same was not working and complaint was lodged on the same day vide satisfaction code 930 for sr no. Dl[protected]. Mr. Puneet visited my residence and rectified the problem of this refrigerator. The fridge is working fine now.

                                During this visit he had also seen my 210 ltr. Refrigerator for which i had requested for the replacement of the broken shelf. He told me that he will send me the shelf and vegetable tray cover within few days. I have been calling the agency disha enterprises for the last few days. They are taking my residential address and telling me that they will send someone to replace the shelf. But till date no-one has visited my house. Today again i called to check the status as to when they would be visiting my house, one mr. Kanhaiya picked up the phone and i had to again narrate the whole story and again he asked by residential address. Everytime i call the agency and i had to narrate the whole strory and then my residential address. I do not understand when the above complaint is still not attended then why can't the agency get the details from the complaint. Please let me know whether i am going to get the shelves or not. Would appreciate if someone from whirlpool take care of my complaint and take necessary action at the earliest. I am now tired of calling this agency again and again.

                                  i have purchased whirlpool refrigerator on 2008 double door actually
                                  this was my biggest mistake choosing whirlpool.ltd.the problem arise
                                  from 2015-16.i have lodged complaint several times and unskilled technician from vikas refrigerator works a-16, mongol puri kalan new delhi110085. technician who dont even know how to talk to the customer. visit and told the problem is of defrost for the same take my refrigerator to the workshop.they have change several parts.once again with same problem with same technician as well as same service centre telling that the another part is damaged pcb box.but the interesting fact is that the part is damage
                                  2month ago but they change another parts to make some more money.
                                  i dont know how so much reputed company has worst service centre.
                                  i look forword to your positive reply.

                                    I have been your washing machine user since 1999.
                                    In JUNE 16 I had complained about noise and smoke coming from washing machine. The Service engineer from BEGUSARAI BIHAR vex me and misbehave with me in my duty hour from a week. His name is BABLU KUMAR CONTACT NO. [protected].

                                      I had purchased AC of Whirlpool from local dealer Kolkata, while buying the dealer assured me there is a offer of free installation, even he mentioned the same in the invoice. But when the technician visited he asked installation charges even inspite of showing the invoice to him, he conveyed that the free offer was valid upto 31 of May, so we have to pay, whereas we had bought the AC on 11 of June, when the dealer clearly stated that our purchase covers free installation which is now a offer. Nut now when I am contacting dealer they are saying without informing to them Whirlpool had withdrawn their offer.

                                      Now I had not installed the AC yet. As I will not pay any charge since that is not my fault.

                                      Now why should I suffer without our any fault!! I want a proper judgement for this.

                                        I purchased water purifier of whirlpool serial number inv[protected] model number 14902 on 16/09/2014 about 1 year 9 months ago. Till its warranty period, it functioned satisfactorily but now their service and product seems pathetic i expend total sum of rs 9395 from few months of purchased of the ro system.

                                        And i have to pay rs 2500 for the membrane filter. From the time i have brought this machine there is a problem of non-availability of water in the machine. It is not functioning well. Every time i request for service they take money from me and after some days again the same problem arises that is “non-availability of water”.
                                        Why the hell should i invest in whirlpool ro purifier. It is the worst home appliance ever i experienced.
                                        I think your searvice persons sold me used filter.
                                        ... I would never recommend anyone to by this whirlpool ro purifier.
