We purchased the machine on 19-July-2015. It worked fine just for one year and there after there were numerous issues with the machine. Sometimes, it does not get power on. The technician came and put the deodorant on the machine as a resolution.
After few weeks, the drum was making a lot of noise. For this purpose the machine was sent to service center twice. It still makes noise and we are being told that this noise will be there. Earlier the noise levels were extremely low.
Then machine stopped working again on 11th August. I raised this complaint on 12th Aug, 2016. The technician came and told that us that one part needs to be replaced. Since then I have called customer care and the technician and they always tell us that part is not available. It's extremely frustrating that it's more than 15 days that machine is not working. I have been told repeatedly that we have escalated the case to 2nd level, 3rd level and even escalations department, but I do not see any impact. No one has called us or even tried to repair the machine. Even there is no communication from your side.
Please have a look at previous service requests as well. It is my 6th request for the same machine in past 6-7 months. This machine has been sent to your service center twice. Following are the last three case IDs:

This a faulty product as there are multiple issues with the machine in the past and present. Please get it replaced immediately or else I need to contact the consumer court for the same. Was this information helpful? |

I have purchased the whirlpool refrigerator on 19th Sep'15 and since then facing the issue with it. Raise complaints so many times that it is not working properly -water leakage issue and freezing the items kept below the
Freezer.
