[Resolved] Whirlpool India — oven

Had ordered a whirpool oven which was delivered on time. However post delivery done on 16th jan and delivery completion commitment given to be done by 18th no service done. More worst is post multiple call the service center says on 19th jan service request was for refrigerator hence they will close and open new one for oven and service same in 24 hours. The request is not raised by me it is auto raised post product is delivered. This is all fooling around to meet sla. I want to return the product which is not yet unboxed however as per policy it can be only replaced not returned. This is pathetic and worst service ever. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

The Dryer part of washing machine is not working.Earlier also i complained before one months.The company representative came and somehow corrected it.now again it stopped working.
