We had purchased an Neo DF 278 refrigerator from Vijay Sales under warranty but since 18th we had problem with the fridge - the entire fridge gets cooled (ice) thus spoiling all the food and vegetables in the process. A person had come on 19th saying that all is fine and the cooling would be even. But the ice formation continues till date. And we are sorry to say that your service is pathetic to the extent that I have been calling them at least 10 times in a day but till date no person has come to our house (5 days). When I call on[protected], though I opt for English I get connected to a hindi speaking person, once I was connected to dealer instead of Complaint, also I had to call again and again because your server was having a problem. After several such calls, only when I insisted that they call back, one Rashmi took my number and called back in a hour only to give me the 7 Star Enterprises number which was again ringing, or switched off, and on one number he told that he was out and hence to continue trying the other numbers. Yesterday they told that since it was Sunday they will try to send a person.
Please tell us that when my fridge is under warranty and barely 4 months old am I supposed to run from one pillar to another? And I was told that Whirlpool service is very good and hence I had purchased it. I would certainly not recommend to anyone Whirlpool henceforth. I need a solution for my fridge and if this problem continues I want a replacement else I will have to take the matter to the next level.
