[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Refrigerator repairing issue with service center

Last week i have complained about service center that because of bad repairing last 2 times, my refrigerator compressor has damaged. I have complained ' id: 1390582' about service center but there is no action has been taken. Please change my compressor without any cost. I have already shared all repairing bill on whirlpool service center email id.

Important point - they did last repairing without any online registration.

Whirlpool India Customer Care's response Hi abhinavdypp,

Our team got in touch with you and since you are not ready to pay the charges of Rs. 6500/- for the services of compressor replacement + gas filling + service charge.

After having a further discussion with our branch we offered discount to you (as a special case) and reduced the value up to Rs. 5000/- for which also you are not agreeing (DOP : 15.10.2009) and asking for the free services only for which we cannot entertain your request.
