Dear sir
I purchased water purifier of whirlpool serial number inv[protected] model number 14902 on 16/09/2014 about 1 year 9 months ago. Till its warranty period, it functioned satisfactorily but now their service and product seems pathetic i expend total sum of rs 9395 from few months of purchased of the ro system.

10th break down 16-06-14 service engineer detects ro membrane not working
And i have to pay rs 2500 for the membrane filter. From the time i have brought this machine there is a problem of non-availability of water in the machine. It is not functioning well. Every time i request for service they take money from me and after some days again the same problem arises that is “non-availability of water”.
Why the hell should i invest in whirlpool ro purifier. It is the worst home appliance ever i experienced.
I think your searvice persons sold me used filter.
... I would never recommend anyone to by this whirlpool ro purifier.
I request you please take a action and solve my problem
