I had a brand new whirlpool split ac delivered to me on 29 may. Two days latter after followup of couple of days i finally got the installation technician visit my place to do the installation only to find out the remote and the indoor unit was faulty and need to be replaced.
I logged a complain to replace the indoor unit. Finally on 5 june the indoor unit was replaced. Today its 7 june and here i am again going into round robin following up with rentomojo for the installation of the replaced indoor unit.
All in all i have not seen the product working even for few min since it was initially delivered on 29 may. I have been either taking off from my work or going late to my office waiting for the installation to happen.
This has been the most painful and disappointing experience so far. Today when i called back again, i was asked to give another 24hr.
Installation service no hd[protected] but no one end up coming over. If this is the first experience. Than its better to return the product. Was this information helpful? |
