Whitehat Jr — Stop EMI deduction and refund my deducted EMI amount

I have taken 6 th grade online class for math subject from on saptember 2021 last year. I have bought 52 credit For 80 math grade 6 classes worth ₹ 37000 on monthly EMI ₹ 1541 . Due to bad internet connectivity my child was unable to join online classes held by Whitehat jr.
My child tried to much to join same classes of maths subject . One day I have contacted to whitehat jr for this issue and urged them to cancel my math classes . They said that no problem we cancelled your credit and loan application . But next month EMI amount ₹ 1541 has been deducted from my wife amount registered for EMI mandate. After that i have complaint for it . Again they said no problem we will refund your amount after that next 5 month they have deducted same EMI AMOUNT . I compliant again again for this . So have withdraw amount from my wife bank account no. Then every month EMI due unpaid massage has been coming on Mobile no and call from finance peer to pay due amount . But I have not used any credit from White hat jr . Last month an email came from White hat jr to pay amount for 15 credit that you have used 733 per class that's 733×15=10995 amount .
Again I complained about same problem then they sent an e-mail for refund amount for 5 EMI deducted from accounts . Now today on 5 julai 2022 again same EMI amount deducted from account. So what CAN I DO TO SOLVE THIS IRRITATING PROBLEM WITH WHITE HAT JR
