Waiting for Refund From 20 Jun 2023, Note Responding nad replying the mails....

I had subscribed to guitar classes for my son Tanush patiyal, total amount paid was Rs 72, 000 for 144 classes. As per company policy you can cancel the course anytime and get refund of balance classes within 4-5 working days. I had raised request on 25 Mar 23 got confirmation that Rs 40500/ for balance 81 class will be credited and I was told to share account details. I have taken 6 th grade online class for math subject from on saptember 2021 last year. I have bought 52 credit For 80 math grade 6 classes worth ₹ 37000 on monthly EMI ₹ 1541 . Due to bad internet connectivity my child was unable to join online classes held by Whitehat jr.
My child tried to much to join same classes of maths subject . One day I have contacted to whitehat jr for this issue and urged them to cancel my math classes...
