3. Finger print scanner not working

4.home button not working properly

contacted customer serviice as they promise hassle free return in 7 days they advised to send mail
Till daTE no proper response
i called and confirmed pick up at cochin before buying but no response

i sent so many mails final response is given below

and i sent phone pics no response
