I came into contact with this company through click india jobs. I applied for the job and received a call. They told me to type 10000 captcha in 10 days with an accuracy of 9000 captcha. If i was not able to complete my accuracy penalty would be charged. I assured that if i wasn't even able to complete the target then would there be any penalty? They denied on this point and said penalty would only be charged if accuracy is not achieved. I registered on the company and started my work. Next day i found that there is no such company and i called them to stop my work and id. They said now nothing is possible.. I uninstalled their app and stopped the work. After a few days these people called me again and threatened me to pay the penalty amount of rs.7782. I consulted my legal advisor and she told me that they are just threatening you to give them money. She went through the contract of employment and said that there is no legal stamp of the company on this contract. Moreover she googled the company and she came to know that there is no such company. She asked me to call the police. I did so. Next day again they sent me an email regarding the legal action. I again sent that e-mail to my advisor and she again told me that this is also fake. The advocate they use for their work is fake. Internet always have the record for all the advocates and there was no such advocate in the list. The name of the advocate is minhaz m. Patel. My advisor asked me to file a f. I. R against them since i had all the calls recorded and their e-mails and messages with me. Moreover they are using the name of sphere solutions as their company name and this is a already registered company in uk. This is also a matter of concern as none has the right to use some other company's name as their name. Kindly if anybody else come in contact with this company do not pay them even a single rupee. They are all just fraud.
