Wifinity Corporation — threatening regarding false payment

I did the online data entry job from home with Wifinity Corporation company on 12 November 2017. One of the correspondent named Aarohi Mehta of that organisation called me and asked for details such as to give identity proof as Aadhaar Card and they gave the contract on stamp paper stating that if I complete the work in 12 days by completing 1200 forms (and at least 91.66% accuracy required) they will pay me the stated amount but if the work not done properly or my QC report got fail then I have to pay the penalty of Rs 4500 to them. I agreed with the conditions and then they gave me the password and user id to start the work.During the course of the work I faced the issues regarding language to fill up the forms so I called their CUSTOMER CARE but no one responded.
I completed the work on time and submitted my work on 23rd November 2017 and then after 3 days they gave the QC report that it fails.As I am unemployed I was unable to pay the money at that time. And from since then they were threatening via messages and emails that they are issuing notice against me regarding violation of numerous acts. This sequence continued till April 2018
On 18 April 2018( contact no. [protected]), one of their legal Advisers called on my contact number and used abusive language and threatened that if the penalty money not submitted then will issue summon and Legal action will be taken against me.
On the phone, I replied that please provide your account number( as they didn't told me that since the report got failed) but they were just focusing on threatening me.
This sequence of SMS continued and on 15 september one of their legal associate named Shifa Shaikh ([protected]) called me as these contact numbers were unknown to me, still I picked the phone and once again she threatened me to complete the payment of Rs 4500 as their penalty, otherwise they will take legal action against me.
I agreed and said to her that I will make payment somehow from my savings in 1 month, I completed the payment in instalment in a month worth Rs 4500 on 15th october and received the NOC from Wifinity corporation on 16th October on my mail id that your payment is completed now no payment needed, your case is settled down.
Yesterday on 24th October 2018, one of their legal advisor named Vijay Chouhan([protected]) called me and used abusive language that I haven't settled down the complete procedure with company as the case is still pending regarding the contract closure in Surat High Court, as told by him. Then I said that I had already settled down the penalties with one of your legal associates named Shifa Shaikh, then he said she already left him a week ago. I told him that you all are fraud and I will not pay a single penny to you cheap ###.Then he was threatening me that if not settled down the case then I have to pay Rs 35920, which is completely nuisance.
I was shocked when I searched their profile on google, its a fraud Data Entry Job Company. Many of the customers filed the complaint against them, I request the authorities of Customer Complaint FORUM that Please take legal action those individuals and the fraud company and put this company in the list of Blacklisted companies, so that no one will get betrayed from their tricks. And I demand my Rs 4500 (as they took from me through threatening way) back to me from this organisation.
