Fraud transactions happened on our SBI card on 15th Feb '2017 through Woohoo.in and when we approached them -
1) Firstly they were not cooperative to help, they kept saying we cannot do refunds.
2) They didn't share the details of fraudsters and when we forced them they kept on replying "We cannot do the refunds".< No information provided yet by them about the fraudsters (email address, ip address and contact numbers ) .
3) After SBI Branch Manager emailed them, they replied saying -
" if the cards were unused we would have successfully cancelled the gift cards and initiated refunds. Now as the cards have been used completely, we will not be able to cancel the transaction."
Because of they delayed response and they non helping attitude we lost the money, which could otherwise be recovered easily. Was this information helpful? |
