I Am also one of the Investor in WTC for more then around 8 years-For noida, bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Pune and recently I bought in Chandigarh as well. I totally deny the above saying of Mr.Raman who mentioning WTC is not paying returns.It's a fact that I dealt with so many builders so far and every terriotry has been operated by different builder.A.N buildwell (WTC -Manesar)was the one of the exceptional case and later that also sorted.He is mentioning that 800 people haven't got he returns...Mr.Raman, one question to you, are u kind of any leader or kind of Kejriwal who belive in deviating people...I was going closely on his comments, in January 2015 he said he haven't got returns for last 6 months, then the question comes why you have invested in WTC-GIFT which was started 3months back, you were insane or what...his complaints can be clearly understood that he have personal issue related to WTC one member, he don't have a stand although(no proofs nothing). I request WTC builders kindly boycott such kind of person from such investments who have nothing to do but just want misguide others in market. He need mental Relief. Buwers there is now good news for all o[censored]s that RealEstate bill has been passed by govt. Now there is no accountabilty is of builder if they do wrong, now government will penelaised builders directly if they intent to do someting wrong.Get well soon Mr.Raman.Do let me know for any help

We are 800 people who are cheated and owner for this was same ASHISH bhalla who latter moved out from this project so they make money and then move out and start new project cheating. Is their religion

Mr. Hooda and Mr. Gandhi are the real perpetrators who have cheated us! Hi thnaks for the reply. I have property in most o fthe wtc in india and they are all fooling even complaaint to wyts usa are unanswered. Initiaal wtc waas manester and same ashish bhalla nri was partner in that . That was publisied in great deal .. I invested in wtc manaser and then in wtc noida same partner ashish bhalla .. Then same ashish bhalla fights with an builder and moves out .. I lost my money in wtc maneser same ashish ball a was partner there.. Then i invested in wtc noida same ashish bhalla was there it was 9 years .. Then they changed it to 6 years assured returns 3 years past possession and three years after possessions instead of 9 years, same ashish bhalla is selling in wtc chandigarh ...In my case it was changed from 9 years to 6 years and i am sure they do w ith all as there is no real estate law and authority in india .. Brokers happy with comission builder killing ctizens .
Now in wtc noids same ashish bhalla my contract was changed to 6 years assured returns 3 years before possession and 3 years after possession .. And what so ever was paid in 3 years was taken back by ashish bhalla on the name of possession all fictitious charges total scam .. Same in w theey wil do in chandigarh which they did in maneser and noiuida .. My unit in noida still not rented and i will pay heavy main charges and parking charges to bulder ashish bhall .. In the name of modi in gujrat i am payin .. They operated from same building in delhil and then separated to fool investors i lost 100 sq feee tin maneser and struggling to get any thing in nooijuda for 1500 sq feet investment .. Total lost moneu 3 cr .. God save inid ain absence of real estate regulator builder come and go fool people with nice promises with no accountability .. Learn from me raman dubai [protected]

i am neither a broker nor a politician nor a critics.. i have invested and i lost money in WTC Maneser same Mr Ashish bhalla was there as director .. i invested in the name of mr bhalla and his credential not AN Builder..
when i invested he was very much there.. now he resigned and went on to do another WTC in another part of india .. if wtc is failing in delhi NCR then by which logic it will work in chandigarh.. i invested with a lot of hope and it was hard earned money .. not black money .. paid from nri ac .. by chq all gone.. wish you all the best for your investment .. i hope u dont end up on my side. if you wish to know the suffering pl join .. Mr Raman is right ... initially my wtc noida agreement was with spire tech, after 2 years or so viridian started operating and dealing with customer queries. How the hell can u switch from 1 name to other without any prior information . These guys are quick to change their names n fooling the law n investors. Beware before investing in any wtc project. Mr Modi i[censored] can help people who invest their hard earned money in wtc manesar then plz do so, I m sure people will have hundreds of valid documents that will prove the builder guilty .. plz help

My sister-in-law invested in two units of 500 sft. She was persuaded to sign an agreement with a space management company for upkeep of the property and leasing and returns. She has no clue as to the position as on day except that the company has been placed under liquidation.

My mother invested in wtc manesar and wtc noida. We stoped recieving the monthly cheques for the manesar space around 4 years back and 2 years back we were told to get done with the registry and the company will lease it and start with the cheques again. No devolepment in that case till now . Now we are told for the noida space that if we pay rest of the remaining amount they will issue us the cheques.
My concern is that is anyone else also been told the same thing if yes then i feel its time for all those suffering because of this nonsense to make a commiteee and take an action. If we do it individualy we may not be successful but when everyone is going through the same issue we should get together and put our points to the high posted officials of the company.

I can understand your position as we all are sailing in the same boat. Govt should take strict legal actions on these companies for eating up our money and not honouring their lease deeds. But these companies and their hidden owners spend all their energies in fooling innocent public by showing their lured marketing plans . They know how to play with our legal systems and get away with it so easily.
Madam its high time you should start acting on the exit plan and recovering your money before its too late.

What are we waiting for i don't understand when its clear that they all are dacoits, who process loot with a well planned marketing strategy. Please guys we already burnt our hands when we trusted the man called Mr Ashish Bhalla with our money. Case is already in court he has taken all our investments and today our lakhs worth investment is dead.

One ray of hope came when the shareholders came in front taking the responsibility of the lost money of the customers with a promise to complete the project. but Mr. Bhalla is not happy with our level of sufferings, his few handfull of paid puppets are not letting the revival plan through from court . They are working as the mobs who are aggravating the group of people who are hurt and not aware of the truth to delay the process. I dont know why he is spending so much money on not letting the revival where so many customers's money is on stake and whats his level of interest . But one thing for sure he and his puppets who are doing it for money or whatever reasons can never be happy after all the sufferings of public he is responsible for. I completely agree with Sir, My father also invested in Manesar and was really upset after last court hearing as from last 3 -4 months repeatedly they have been distracting the court. We have failed to understand once he was a director at Manesar left all o[censored]s in sorrows and started minting money from his other projects. Now why he is so interested in our project. As this is so clear that the other party who are against the revival is been funded hugely with good lavish offices and teams working for them and no customer is in a position to pay them. So who is funding them ? Clearly shows Bhalla's intentions ...

Nobody is willing to understand what we are going through friends, both parties are just pulling us towards each other. I don't know what is their interest in reviving it and to be really honest don't want to know. Believe me, i am more interested in getting my money and property rather than what people are earning...

Seems like WTC is in a really bad shape my friend is facing delays in getting his assured rental cheques and he is in a huge mess as he has taken a loan for this investment and thought will pay the EMI's from the rentals. He can not afford to pay his EMI's given present financial situation.
Please advise what to be done as WTC Noida is not ready to give the refunds by giving excuses of market crunch and advising him to be patient for some more time. Seems like they don't have money and after so many big names falling into the black list no wonder this company would default as well..

My father has invested in WTC Noida considering this as a good project and big name. My father is not keeping well for some time now and we need money for his treatment but this developer is giving us a new date every time we visit with an extraordinary excuse.
hats off to their CRM team who face it all.
But is there any rule that developer has to refund within the specified timelines. I am totally screwed all our savings has been dumped in that project. besides having lakhs we have been begging money from friends and relatives for treatment...
Please show us a way forward. Can police complaint help?
