On 20th Feb 2018, i bought a ‘W1-98’ android 6.0 smart watch for 3136 rupees from this website (https://www.thewristbuddy.com/) and paid the amount on as cash on delivery. But i recieved a fake chinese watch. I immediately initiated a cancellation for the same and mentioned everything in comments. But didn’t get any response from their side also they even don’t pick up the calls. Please help me to get the refund for the same and block this company as they are selling fake products. I got a fake product…i ordered kw8x smartwatch but it came a chinese make smartwatch….i unable to return the product when i asked the courier service they said it will be a fake website…and they wont take the product back if it is opened, now i dont know what to do with this problem…please help me to return the product...please help me sir

I dont know what to write about this fraud but only i can say that this company will not survive long. This company looted many peoples and after receiving products we cant even getting the number connect to the helpline or cancel/return the product. the smart watch is unable to get charged while connecting to the plugin switched and not getting on. its a dummy thewristbuddy sent me in rs.3, 100/- which is all gone in water.This is all i have faced today.

'thewristbuddy' cheated me and cheated many o[censored]s. God will look after him.

I have order smart watch but when i received it was some different watch which was damage. It is cheating and fooling the customer. I want a replacement in 1days or i will do a police complaint in fraud case. They are cheating and making fools of customer. Please take serious action. Today they have taken the packet back. I ordered a watch from www.thewristbuddy.com on 5/01/2018 and received my package on 24/01/2018
Product i ordered for price 3392 was totally different from what i got.
I received a courier from pickrr courier service and paid cash on delivery by my grand mother due to my absence. As i opened the package, there was chinese watch in it which costs nomore than 500 inr. I tried calling the company their number is switched off, also e-mailed the and got no replies despite of comstantly mailing them.
I called the courier boy to refund me my money because of the fraud they have done with me, in that case he said it cannot be done as payment has been submitted to the company.
When i asked for the seller’s details, they refused to provide me details.
Kindly take an action asap.

I have order kw8x smart watch from wristbuddy website, they have sent me product which is not only wrong product it is cheap and used product too. After receiving watch, i have raise a request to return the same, when i called their support number it was switched off, hence this is an intentional fraud company based out in delhi.

This company thewristbuddy.com it’s a fake company I orders a model of kw8x android 5.1 instead I recieved a product noise turbo
The price I paid was 3232 and a model I received was 1999 noise turbo from a different website

Www.thewristbuddy.com, shows a very beautiful smart watch pic & while delivering they deliver a completely different product.

They are doing this with many clients.
This Company is earning money by this way & thinks people are fools.

I sent them mail to return or change the product wih the one shown & they don't reply at all.

They also take some return charges of 15 to 25% even after delivery wrong product from their end - This is their second source of generating income.

This is a fraud company.

I ordered for KW9X Smart watch order no[protected] DT 9/01/2018 from the wristbyddy .com but I received totally a different model which we can find it in any shopping site
The minute I got the wrong and cheap product continuously iam trying to call them and communicate with them but non if them ready to answer or reply with my issue
I need to return the that item and replacement or cancel the order or pay me back with compensation
This is my worst ever experience at online shopping this is small caution and reminder for online buyer's to be carefully from such fake shopping window friends

The watch which has been delivered is of poor & low quality. I have been trying to reach their customer care via email & phone but all efforts are in vain. No one is responding to my mails nor answering any calls.
