They sent me a local cheap watch & not the watch that i ordered. Also, they have no customer service or return policy. The number on their web page is never answered by them. It's a fraud company. The name of the original company is ticwatch. There is no way i can contact them, if i sent the received order back i won't get that also & no one would reply on mail also.
Please replace it or refund my amount.
Otherwise will take some legal action on this

I was ordered kw8x smartwatch and delivered on 04/10/2018, when i open the box i feel very bad with that because it doesn't look like that you show on your ads. The delivered product seems a cheap made one, and when i tried to contact the customer care during their business hours the number is switched off.

On 08.08.02018, i bought a ‘kw 8x’ android 5.1 smart watch for 1989 rupees from this website (https://www.thewristbuddy.com/) and paid the amount on as cash on delivery. But i received a fake chinese watch. I immediately initiated a cancellation on 10.08.2018 for the same and mentioned everything in comments. But almost 7 days are passed but didn’t responded me and they even don’t pick up the calls. Please help me to get the refund for the same and block this company as they are selling fake products. Here I am going to share a bad experience happened with me by ... Company. I had purchased a product from their website.
I got the product but unfortunately that was not as same as shown on the site. Unlike the product as I have ordered was different and the item I got, not that.
To tell about this matter I tried to contact on their customer care and email support but didn't got any response from that side..neither they are picking up the calls nor giving revert back to my mail.

Thus I want to raise complaint against the company on this type of fraud and bad behaviour..
kindly do favour in this concern and take a needful action.
So that I could get either the exact item or my money back.

Hi, i m Mintu Moni Mahanta, from Sivasagar, Assam, India. I order kw8x watch after i saw its ad on facebook. I got its delivery on 16 july 2018, but it was not the watch i sae in ad. It was a sub par quality chinese watch. When i called up the customer care nmbr it was not picked up or was busy. I feel cheated and regret to put my hard earned money in a fake product. I want a refund or a new watch same as shown in the ad.

On 7 july 2018, i bought a ‘kw 8x’ android 5.1 smart watch for 2811 rupees from this website (https://www.thewristbuddy.com/) and paid the amount on as cash on delivery. But i recieved a fake chinese watch. I immediately initiated a cancellation on 5 july for the same and menatained everything in comments. But almost 18 days are passed but didn’t responded me and they even don’t pick up the calls. Please help me to get the refund for the same and block this company as they are selling fake products. I ordered kw98 smartwatch and they delivered me different very cheap and like old ones product like other peoples who complained here against wristbuddy and beyond all of this when i wanted to complain and return them back the product they did't respond and deny the complain then i tried to contact to customer care service their services have been blocked. The site is totally scam and cheating on their customers so please take strong action against them.

Hello sir i am rajkumar from salem tamilnadu, i ordered product from your company last few days (Product name - kw 9x android 5.1 silver colour smart watch) yesterday i received the product but totally different from what i ordered fully black and different modal, at the same time the smart watch was not working, before buying the product i got review the same problem, but i thought it happens sometimes, but the same problem happens to me, mentally i was disappointed the product purchasing, so kindly help me what i do, how i can exchange that smart watch, i was attached the product image pl follow it and i will hope you will give good response to the customers and will clear my problem

I m very disappointed with the product i received firstly i received the wrong watch as i ordered the watch with silver colour and i recieved the watch in black and now the watch isnt working its speaker has some problem with which i m not able to use it. On may 5, i ordered w1 android 6.0 bluetooth smartwatch from wristbuddy and on may 12 what they delivered was a completely wrong product. They delivered me v8 bluetooth smart watch.

The original cost for the one i requested was rs 2851 and the one they delivered is available in market within rs 1000. They just cheat on me.

On 12th of may i got my orders no #[protected] which i had ordered post seen your facebook video advertisement, i like that very much, but when i get this product that is not that product, i had tried with your delivery boy to show me before collect money from me, but he is not agree for the same, now when i had opened and check that watch that totally different that shown video watch, this is very cheap quality watch, there is no android available, there is no perdometer sencer as shown in video, there is no 1.3 gz processor, there is no 1+8 gb ram rom, there is no option to change the dail of watch, it just touch watch which can user as a watch nothing over and above, i need my money back
