[Resolved]  www.bewakoof.com — Extreme delay in shipping product

I ordered a t-shirt from www.bewakoof.com for my sister on the occasion of bhaiya dooj, The order was place a week before the festival which was well in time. It has been 14 days now and the product is still not shipped even. There was no information/update from company on why the product has been delayed. I called up customer care 6 times and every time i got a different reason for the delay in order processing. I have spent more than INR 100 in calling customer care for a product of INR 399 and my precious time in chasing them. Please guide what next step should i take in this regard?
