I have raised ticket for the redemption of rs 500 of Amazon voucher on 11 nov 2022 it was cleared on 11 may 2023 but they didn't mentioned what company voucher they have provided and it is not accepting by Amazon and any other. They just provided gift card number which is not accepting by Amazon. I have raised ticket for the same on 11 may 2023 and till today I have been raising many tickets on it but nobody is responding to my tickets.
I have raised another redemption request on 11 may 2023 till today they didn't cleared it.
For some surveys my points are not credited to my account, those surveys are completed more a year ago.
I have raised tickets and even I have written an email to Xcel but they didn't responded till today.
Please help me and solve all the above issues, I don't want to leave my money(total amount will be more than 2000)and I don't want to waste time which I have kept for completing those surveys
