I have raised ticket for the redemption of rs 500 of Amazon voucher on 11 nov 2022 it was cleared on 11 may 2023 but they didn't mentioned what company voucher they have provided and it is not accepting by Amazon and any other. They just provided gift card number which is not accepting by Amazon. I have raised ticket for the same on 11 may 2023 and till today I have been raising many tickets on it but nobody is responding to my tickets.br...

Hello sir/Madam This xcel survey is biggest scam company when we take proper time to share our opinion and view giving such valuable time of our to the company and expect reward on time is no wrong. But this company proved to be biggest fraud company.

Customer service is useless have raised almost 7 tickets not even 1 resolved for the single issue (see images below)
XCEL SURVEY if you really care for your users/panelists...

I have not received my gift vouchers since the month of march. March rs 100, april rs. 100 may rs 200, june rs 100/-.

Kindly process the same at the earliest...
