I m using mi not 4g nd while I am playing song in my phone I plugh in aux cable in it and then automatically the touch of phone not working then I send my phone to service centre in Indore nd there they said they will diagnose your phone for 2 days after that they will say that the phone have hardware problem or software problem after. 2 days they said that your phone motherboard is damaged nd the phone is not even starting but when I submit my phone the phone is working. Only. Touch is not working this the mistake phone motherboard. Is damaged. Due to mistake. Of service centre kindly. Resolve my problem. As soon as neither. I will file case against. Mi ..

    Hello,

    I have submitted the request for the headphone replacement as the head phone is in warranty period.

    I have submitted the head phones on[protected] and yet the request is not completed and they are telling like it will take at least 30 to 45 days.


    I f i can see the head phones are available to sell on the portal then why it is taking 30 to 45 days to process my request..

      I'm here to complain about the replacement of my headphone, which I brought sepratly from flipkart for 999rs. After 3 month o[censored]se it stoped working.
      So I submit it for replacement on 2jan 2016 on xiomi service center, Patna.
      Since then I'm just waiting for d product.
      I visited @ service center 2 times in gap of 20- 20 days. they don't have any update On my complaint, when I tried calling them they never respond.
      Its been approx 2 months.
      For further information I m attaching my invoice & service job sheet

            I have purchase your company phone form amazon at 11 august 2015.

            Till tomorrow my device is perfectly OK. But today when i charge the device and remove charger what i saw. It got curved display.

            I contact MI authorized customer care but they didn't give me any solution and told me that contact to our helpline number.

            Since morning i tried many time on your helpline number[protected]. But still i didn't connect your helpline.

            There is no problem in device but my screen got curved so tell me what i do??

            Reply me as soon as possible.

              We discussed your issue with the service centre team and as per their feedback, the device display and screen got physically damaged. Hence this issue reported by you. The warranty also rejected for the same reason.

              Mr Ravikant ..not a single scratch on device...its cheap specs of device and excess overheating which is leading to the screen being unglued...

                  Today I wrote an email to them which is as under:


                  Thank you customer care for reply. further to telecon with the floor supervisor Mr. Ranveer Singh of instant date, I request you to provide me the exact details of the cost as mentioned in my previous email (appended below). Further, I was also learnt from Mr. Ranveer Singh that the price as quoted by the Service Centre is the official price of Xiaomi India.

                  I reiterate that the replacement cost of two parts INR 8400 is being charged by your service centre to undertake repair of almost 1.5 year old used Redme 1S (INR 5999). In other word the servicing cost is much more than the cost of handset sell to Indians in India, which is frivolous and malicious.

                  keeping in view of the above, you are advised to immediately confirm in writing about the Xiaomi official price of 1 unit motherboard of Redme 1S and 1 unit Display of Redme 1S of failing which I'll be compelled to take legal recourse including filing criminal complaint(s) against you as per laws of the land.

                  This is in addition to the actions that may be taken by the other individual affected persons in India.

                        I have purchase mi 4i phone in month of august. Till tomorrow my phone is properly working without any technical or hardware issue.

                        Sudanly today my phone got curved after remove from charging cable.

                        I contact your authorized service center but they didn't give any positive response.

                        So give me suggestion what will i do????
                        since morning i called your company helpline number bust did't get connected.

                        Your authorized service center service is totally worst. The owner of that service center he does not agree with my words and said complain to your helpline number.

                        New user please don't go to purchase this product.

                            My mi pad is nit taking charging from pc.
                            And there is no service center in Aligarh(uttar pradesh).
                            The nearest service center is.80km away from my place.
                            So kindly send ur engineer to visit my place and get ot repaired.
                            U dont have any service cnter in aligarh...
                            That is very disappointing whereas almost every company has its service center here...
                            Plz snd ur engineer as soon as possible.
                            Or u will lose one permanent customers trust.
                            I recommended MI to around 20 frnds, so never let me feel like did smthng wrong.

                              The installation application language in xiaomi mobile phones are all in Chinese language, which become difficult to understand and install on computer.kindly update the English version so that it can be understood by all.

                                I have given my mi4i to service center on 21/12/2015 because my touch pad not working, so they said after 1 month will be repaired . Tham i go to service center on 19/1/2016 . they sad they has stop doing mi service . and given back my mi4i as it is . than in called customer care they give weired answer that go to ahmedabad or baorda . Than i go for pick up abnd droup service from xiomi . they give me pick up time on 20/1/16 at 2:00 pm, but still no one has came to pick up mu mi4i.

                                  Supplied neither with any user manual (Hard / Soft Copy) nor pre-loaded, when called said it's under process, till now it's under process!!! Built in memory is very low, as we can't move applications to external memory card, so, I was living with limited applications, super slow processing which lags. With many more difficulties I was using this instrument as buying one more instrument was not affordable to me

                                  Brown burn marks started appearing on display screen just after one month o[censored]se, as I was busy, took some time to approach service centre, opted for service in Bangalore on 11th December 2015, service centre, they said it's a "Display Fault" which has to be replaced & will be returned after fixing the new display on 22nd December 2015, but till date 27th January 2016 it's not serviced & returned to me.

                                  I don't have any additional Android Smart phone, so, one can imagine my difficulties without social networks, which can't be accessed without this instrument & a businessman face, what kind of business & financial losses, by missing social networks

                                  Since 22nd December 2015, calling Service Centre every day, they say part is not yet supplied by the Xiaomi, once part is received within no time it will be fixed & returned to me, I can understand they are helpless without supply of the part by Xiaomi

                                  Till now hundreds of time called Xiaomi Customer Care on[protected], they have only one answer "we have escalated the matter please wait", sent around 25 emails to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com got just 2 reply with same line "we have escalated the matter please wait", twice had online chat on http://www.mi.com/in/ they concluded with same line "we have escalated the matter please wait"

                                  Sent Legal Notice asking to

                                  "Return the said instrument properly serviced or similar new instrument or pay the cost of the instrument at the time of purchase, immediately, otherwise I will file a legal case against Mi India requesting for the same along with all relevant expenses, interest & compensation against my financial & other losses"

                                  by email to service.[protected]@xiaomi.com, got reply of same line "we have escalated the matter please wait"

                                  What the HELL is this?

                                  Who the hell this SHAMELESS company called Xiaomi?
                                  Why Indian law enforcing BAN on these CHEATERS - Xiaomi?
                                  What the hell they are doing in India & to Indians?
                                  And why we the Indians are tolerating them?

                                  I heard many Indians are facing variety of problems from Xiaomi

                                  Together, let all o[censored]s, debate here, to decide what best can be done to teach a lesson to this Chinese company - Xiaomi

                                  Join the debate & suggest, will make them to learn "CUSTOMERISM"

                                  2) BC Xiaomi in Hindi, SFs in English
                                  3) Fxxking Baxxxrds Xiaomi in English

                                  Request Indians not to entertain Xiaomi, by milking money to this Chinese Company, just fxxk them
                                  Communicate to all Indians about their attitude & harassment to we the Indians. We must teach a lesson to Xiaomi

                                    I had purchased a redmi note prime from amazon website on 21 dec 2015 Invoice of which is KA-BLR[protected].the mobile is not in working condition.where as Xiaomi customer care person is charging for the service for which they should provide free service(as conveyed to me by AMAZON customer care)
