I have been tracking my shipment with xpressbees [protected]. The shipment was created on 2nd march and was supposed to be delivered by 7th march. The package hasn't changed location since 3rd march. I have sent multiple queries to the company through their website, which they promised to reply within 24 hours. I have received no such reply.
It is extremely unfortunate that I have to post here in order to find a resolution.

        I also have made followed up on this with several executives, but still no use.

                  Shipment lost

                  Hi,

                  I have been following up for my shipment for the entire week and I have been bluffed by the company by giving incorrect statements and messages such as I have refused to accept the shipment and the company cancels the shipment to delivered it to my address.

                  I have been waiting for the package, after speaking to the customer support once they commit that the package will be delivered within 24 hours.

                  I am Sunny Ghosh from Tripura. I am supposed to get a parcel from the consignor named Provident handwork (Shaikh Naimuddin), Panchla Khalpar, near Library PO, Ps Panchla, District : Howrah, Pin : 711322, West Bengal. He handovered the parcel to xpressbees courier and told me that I'll get the parcel as soon as possible only if I choose air shipping it will charge little higher price as compared to by road shipping which is not available for my location according to them. But which is wrong.. I always gets parcel at my location from xpressbees. I already paid 100 while making the payment to Mr. Naimuddin.. but at the time of shipping he told me that courier people are saying single package can't be delivered unless I choose air option and for that I have to pay extra 140. I agreed and gave. One week passed but I didn't get the parcel then I tried to track with the tracking ID and I found that it was shipped by road and at that particular time it was in transit at silchar then I called Mr naimuddin and asked for the matter but he didn't reply anything then again few days passed then I told him to give the details of the courier branch which he didn't give immediately .. then I got the the address and a number from the receipt that I got from Mr. Naimuddin after the shipment . Then I called on that number and asked for the delivery status of the particular awb number, he told me to share to the awb number on whatsapp, after reaching at the office he will let me know but he didn't. Then after sometimes again I called him and interrogate him about the matter but still he was saying that my parcel was booked by Air. I told him that it was shipped by road only and I have all the details and delivery status ..if it was sent by Air it would not take 11 days.. it takes only 45 minutes from kolkata to Agartala, okay I accepted that it took 3 days but it's already taken 11 days, still I haven't received the parcel, it's showing that yesterday 22.02.20231 it was out for my location .. today it's 23rd Feb not yet I received it. He was silent. kindly take strict legal actions against these fraud people who are deceiving people like this. It's my humble request to take actions against that particular courier branch so that in future they must not dare to cheat people like this.

                    I ordered an item from Mumbai. The shipping ID is [protected]. It reached the hub at estimated date. When the status was 'Out for Delivery' in the morning, I expected to receive the product by evening. But, unfortunately, I did not receive any call or SMS regarding the delivery and the status has been changed to 'Consignee refused to accept'. This is false information. I would like to ask who did they try to deliver?

                      My known has sent me some product through Xpress Bees Logistics. on 16 feb 2023. The Delivery type is of same day delivery on 17 i got the message of your product is out for delivery. Whole day i waited for the agent to call me but didn't received any call from their side in the evening i got message the customer is not available. I talked to customer care regarding the issue after providing them some other details with alternate mobile no. still i checked the status that shown me again the customer is not available. on monday 20th feb 2023 third time they told me the customer is not available. They didn't called me single time for my delivery. I paid for express delivery and they are fooling their customer by false information. Kindly take relevant action against them.

                        I have ordered a product via amazon, the delivery agent is xpressbees. Amazon is provided me xpressbees tracking id. When the id is searched in xpressbees website I am getting no data. Is this a scam please help me resolve this issue.

                          We are supplier on MEESHO. We use xpressbees for delivering order to our customers. Xpressbees staff and workers exchanged our products with used and damaged products during transit and then deliver to customer or return back to us. We have sufficient evidence as video to prove this. And they rejecting our claims at the time of validation even it is clearly shown in unpacking video(attached in claim ticket) that they they delivered us wrong products, we are attaching just one video, but we have received many returns of this type exchanged with used, torn clothes with our high class woolen cardigans.

                            I am writing this email because I didn't get any solution for the complaint raised by me over the phone. My parcel AWB No. [protected] is in Jodhpur from the last 4-5 days. I received a call from Xpressbee Jodhpur Office from mobile number +[protected] on Sunday, 12.02.2023 for confirmation of my address. I explained him and he agrees to deliver it to me by Sunday evening. But after 2 days when he didn't deliver the parcel I called again and he assure me that the next day I will be receiving the parcel for sure. The next day I receive a call from a delivery boy +[protected], he clearly denied delivering the parcel by saying that the company didn't pay me to deliver the parcel to your home. I thought your address was nearby. You have to come and collect the parcel from the office otherwise I will be sent it back to the company. You place another order. I went to their office but at that time both the people who called me were not there and the person there is not able to find my parcel.
                            Now after many days I still didn't get my parcel, yesterday got a message for out of delivery and today also got a message that the parcel is out for delivery but they didn't deliver the parcel and updated in reason that I was not available to take the parcel.

                                    My product was shipped on January 12th but it is Feb 14th till now my order has not received & I have sent multiple enquiries to support team yet not received. The delivery boy is behaving like a fraud he is asking OTP from 30 kms away. I regret the choice I made with this courier partner
