I ordered lehanga from palav art for my wedding and still i didn't get my parcel.

The status is showing that the address is closed but nobody called me for the delivery and also i was at the address on the time you specified as closed.

Your customer service is not satisfactory and i request you to please deliver my package as soon as possible as i've my wedding..

I need my order to be delivered by tomorrow itself..

Kindly please deliver the package as possible as i've my wedding.

I have a courier that is coming form RB. This courier reached the Alandur, Chennai destination before 3 days and there were no sign of delivery and i called the customer care and then finally they updated the status as Out for delivery. But nobody contacted me or visited my place and they updated the simply as Consignee is not available. Its was my house address. Always someone will be available there. But these guys are not attempting and faking the status as i'm not available. There is no address or even a contact number available anywhere for the alandur hub. These guys are really fake and irritating us. Its actually an emergency. Kindly someone assist. Please provide the address so that i will go and collect. Thanks.

My ref no[protected] No proper calls, Adress, cant get hold of agents. I have been waiting since 4 daya for courier wich is already came to my nearest service centre. I tried to call them . No answrr . Emailed them bt no proper reply . Dono wat r they busy with .. i tried finding the location. Its wrong not even single call to delivery boy very Very worst service

We actually ordered another piece but we have got another product. So, we want to return the product and we want our money back.. We have purchased it from facebook user called srinidhi who is a dealer. We have sealed it in facebook. Please return this product and get our money back. We have to get our money back so we want to return the product we have got.

My waybill no is[protected], it is showing that as out for delivery @9.40 am yesterday. But not yet received. I called to customer care and asked the same. They are simply saying that, the given address is not found. Actually the given address is very clear. Anybody knows the address. Because this address is near to nasr school. This school is one of the very famous school in hyderabad. I'm understood that, the courier boy was not attempted to deliver but simply saying that he was not found the address., now i'm requesting you that please send me material to the same address. Kindly don't play games with customers. If you have any dought please call to my register mobile.

Worst Xpress bees courier service in nashik city, always asks customers to visit them to get couriers will never deliver to my door steps don't know why, my 3 paytm couriers were not delivered, while online tracker showed 1 order delivered as it's verification otp was not sent to me, though I have till date now not received the product, and other 2 couriers were send verification otp on my mobile cause of which I think the Xpress bees courier boy commented as I rejected to receive couriers which I learned when checked online tracking awb no. Also when tried contacting said courier is not with me it's in office am on holiday will deliver after 3 days but till today these also never received by me, Amazon, flipkart, paytm, should outcast such thief xpressbees courier services nashik or else like me many will stop purchasing products from your sites as you have tieups with such cheap courier services. As I inquired online said my order which was send from Delhi to nashik city in maharashtra was returned from nashik city from 12 kms away from my house as paytm has asked to return the products while I receive online tracking info something else as I rejected the 2 orders and 1 for which I has not received verification code showed delivered makes me and others also what exactly has happened with me as to deliver other 2 order they has to deliver my 3rd order also so courier boy without contacting me update status as I rejected the orders... Shame on such people's, and many who ready to struggle hard on right path to earn respected income are jobless...

From courier company I called but one time not received and second time called that called product deliver in evening so very bad service

Xpresbees is telling lie that they are trying to deliver. I had ordered medicine from netmeds and it is very important.
I. Needed it by today. They aretelling lie to company. That they are attempting to deliver. But truth is that they don't even tried to call me.
Dissapointed very bad service xpress bees.
Not even picking the phone. It is switched off.

I kindly requested them to deliver it to me 3 days later because I was out of town and o expected a longer waiting time. They however came during the three days when I was out of town to give my delivery. I couldn't use my phone much where I went so I could not even attend their call. Now they say 3 attempts are over. I urgently need that order. It's a gift for my mother. Kindly do something for me to get back my order.

I write wrong address by mistake and order is showing it us delivered but it was nit delivered to wrong address also.. Shipping id:[protected].. I irdered it from shein and i told them to change my address so they told it will arrive by tomorrow and today they told it is delivered and i did not receive it and it was delivered by some. Someome ordered some fake item by using my mobile number and address of someone in pune.
I got a call from your delivery guy about the item but i said i dont live there and i did not order anything even though he delivered to some guy there by saying its of neighbor, he said to deliver to you.
Now the guy is asking for money that too for a duplicate third class shoes.
You guys please help me in returning that item and get the money refund to the account.
The seller is fraud and has many incident on his name.

As return is within 7 days and it was delivered to me today.

My order has been placed for future delivery without even informing me. I have a flight to catch tomorrow morning and yesterday the tracking said future delivery. My order — nmd all black.. With awb:[protected]. I need it urgently and deliver it as soon as possible and i need it today only. If it dont get deliver by today, i will cancel it and ask for a refund.

I am waiting for my product from two days
*1st day morning i got msg that my product was out for delivery
* without my knowledge they sent a msg that i requested for late delivery
* 2nd day without contacting me by mobile, even they didnt came to my home (I and my mom both were available) they sent a msg that my house was closed

I didn't received my product till now. But on paytm my product is showing as delievered on 12th march. I call your customer service too from 2 days. They are saying that they do enquiry on that. And the delivery man is making excuses of attending someones marriage and saying i will deliever this time or after some hours. I dont have that much enough time to call daily and know the status of my complaint. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

Awb[protected] is not delivered it has reached bangalore on 13 march after that no more info is updated and when i call u care team they say that 'i am not sure we will try to deliver it and i have send the details and the delivery boy give a call before delivery ' very bad service same thing every time

My name is janani sampath my order from lt fab was shipped by xpressbees tracking number is[protected]. From surat. The tracking updates show it has reached chennai on march 10, but i still have not received the parcel. I have been calling your customer care but no one has bothered to follow it up.
Please revert at the earliest. I ordered a dress from lt fab for a wedding that is a week away. I need the parcel urgently.

The product received by me on 12 march 2019 was not as per my demand and not as per the product shown. I want to return the received product. Product shown in the website was very nice and full. The bottom of the kurti was very wide as shown in picture but what i have received kurti with different plates. The product is quite different than the shown item. I think you will definitely look into the matter. Other thung is that i have demanded a single colour kurti whereas this is double coloured kurti. I am not satisfied with your product

I am from kasragod. The expressbees here are not delivering the product.
The watch i had ordered came and when i called the delivery boy he say s tomorrow, and does not come.
That watch went back. And again i ordered now when i called the delivery boy he say s let me look.

What is this. We are upset about this
