I was purchased a product through online on shopclues and then they handover to the XpressBees courier with tracking number:[protected] . As per their commitment it was supposed to be delivering by 11-Feb-2017. But it was not delivered yet.I need it very urgent .But it was not delivered yet.
So please deliver it as fast as you can.

I had one shipment Shipment AWB Number: 108BP[protected]. It was reached at Nellore Branch on dt: 20-2-17 & also your customer care send the msg for ready to collect the materails but your local branch representative are not contact with me up to date.

I want to deliverey the material in my booking address.

      I was purchased a product through online and then handover to the XpressBees courier with tracking number: 3A[protected]. As per their commitment it was supposed to be delivering by 03-Feb-2016. But it was not delivered on time. So that i was contacted the customer service center and they told deliver within 24 hours. After two days, again i was contacted the customer service and they are asking another 24 hours.

      If i asked to give branch details they are unable to provide the details.

        Yesterday(2 feb) one person called me and asked me for deliver the parcel(ICICI BANK), but i was in office and told him to come tomorrow on 2:00 pm. And when today (3 feb) I called to that person, he is telling he'll deliver on his free time, and when I'm asked then why you have fixed timeline when you are not able to come?...then his answer is really disgusting.."Hang of[censored]r ph sir, I will go on my wish..do complaint to head office, don't talk to me!" And he hang off the ph...when again called him he is shouting in kanada language. Which is really disgusting.

        I don't know his name but ph came from this number:+[protected]

        NOW MY CONCERN IS IF YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO DO WORK PROPERLY THEN WHY YOU YOUR COMPANY TAKEN CUSTOMER ORDERS?

        Please look into this, and please take action for that deliver boy.

                I am still waiting for my courier, even yesterday I did wait for 1.5 hr. but they were only saying will come in 10min .even my delivery point was Aundh which is very near by Baner, still they took so much time and when I called again n again they were repeatedly saying he will come within 10 min but didn't come after even 2 hour. I don't remember full name but initials was Sandeep. Worst service ever

                  The courier service of XpressBees is worst of all and Banks should stop their services with these guys. Absolute Chaos and these guys simply work keeping their brains at home.

                  Bank like ICICI is still having tie ups with such guys for delivery services is shocking!!! It is threat to Bank's reputation for their services!

                  Their delivery marking is fake. To complete targets they simply mark as people not available at said address(to avoid their trips to the address) and simply return it back. I was available at my said primary address whole day but in-spite of that the status was wrongly stamped as "Not available". I get other courier items same day but not the one by XpressBees.

                  Their job is to just do donkey work and not even think if the corporate address to which the delivery is attempted has holiday. They will attempt delivery even to corporate addresses even on weekends!(Saturdays!) and then they do not care or bother to even call the customer during multiple delivery attempts!

                  When called to courier office, the manager does not talk on behalf of the company. He keeps defending himself saying that it is not my fault and does not even listen what customer is saying. They are just interested in blame games. Since last 15 days these courier guys are playing hide and seek and wasting time, money and energy of both customer and their own! BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE COMMON SESNSE OF CALLING CUSTOMER AND CONFIRMING before attempting delivery!

                  SIMPLY HOPELESS SERVICE! They simply do not deserve to work in cities like Pune. They should set up their office in some village!

                    Had order some product from paytm dated 9th Jan 2017 having order no #[protected]. This order is shiped through your coriour having tracking no #[protected].

                    Their is no call received from your executive nor they reach address given in order. I am contacting to customer care through mail from last 1 week, but no response from them. Their is no phone call or other contact from executive & now no response from your side in mail

                    Vide above reference I ordered a material after prepaying for which I received a message that the your address is out of our service area.                       I have booked a product on snapdeal on 3 rd jan 2017 and on 7th jan status shows that the product is out for delivery but i didnt get any call, message or any courier. I call xpress bees many time but they didnt give me proper answer. On 10 jan i recieved a call from xpress bees that the product will be delievered in evening or in next day morning but i didnt get any courier and on 12 jan i got a message that the courier is out for delivery and after few time it shows that 'consignee refused to aceept' but i didn't get any call, message, courier then how can i refuse, this happened to me twice on 12.i didnt get my courier

                        Whenever i'm calling they are confirming my correct address, after i spoke they confirmed due to some operation problem deliver boy didnt visit to my place.

                            A courier person from your servicss came to my house to deliver an order which I had ordered from Jabong.com. The courier person was asking for Adhaf Card number while it was a cash on delivery order. He was forcibly trying to get in the house so I had to ask him to leave. Then also he talked so rudely.

                              Kindly deliver the snapdeal prestige electric kettle courier by today. You are very late. I have been emailing you for days but still no delivery .

                              Please expedite the delivery process. I need the courier urgently. Dont delay anymore.

                              Why do you take ages to deliver? I placed the order on 22nd december but not delivered till now.

                              Neither xpressbees or snapdeal is bothered about getting the order to the customer on time and as soon as possible

                              I called snapdeal but no one answered the phone to talk to the customer. They charge a lot of money for customer calls and dont even talk to customers.

                              I have sent many emails regarding fast delivery of my orders but still they are dispatched late and delivered very very late.

                                  I am Rajesh from Chennai. ICICI bank has couriered credit card to my address through xpressbee courier from Mumbai. This courier delivery boys in Chennai are completely fraud who cheats their company (xpressbee courier) and their customer by not delivering the goods to the coustomer. I am fed up following up with their customer care team. Even after giving my full address details. They have not delivered the courier to my address. Please resolve the issue immediately.                                     My product is not yet delivered but status is showing as delivered. My doc no.:[protected]. My product was to be delivered at pin 123401. If it is delivered then let me know the name of person who has taken the delivery along with his I'd proof because I'd proof is must in case of delivery. Wrong delivery leads to financial loss to us. It is also not a pblm of small amount.
