    Iam G.C.V.B.RAO from PITHAPURAM(Near kakinada east godavari)..i have booked an item through shopclues on 27th aug 2016. They have handed over the product to your EXPRESSBEES courier on 01st sept 2016. the status is showing on 01st sept that the product is in BARODA..till now i dint receive the product and the status too not changing..AWB numb..[protected].
    I have called customer care so many times but no proper response.. they are saying wait upto 2 days always..i have booked so many items through so many shopping sites and got the product intime..but first time i have booked through shopclues and facing a major problem with your courier..you are cheating the customers and playing with our patience..
    Iam seeing your representatives laziness and irresponsibility in delivering the product.no proper response also..WHY DO YOU CONTINUE WITH THIS KIND OF REPRESENTATIVES? OR WHY DO U RUN THIS KIND OF IRRESPONSIBLE COURIER SERVICE? U are cheating the customers. Its not correct and i request you to deliver my product soon...Ihave thought ur courier service will be good but it is so bad and a dirty service..Hope u will solve my problem..TRY TO SERVE BETTER ..

      I have not received the product even after 15 days against the promised 6 days. I had purchased the product on 28th Aug 2016 and was supposed to receive it by 3rd Sep 2016. As per tracking details on xpressbees.com(http://www.xpressbees.com/track-shipment.aspx?tracking_id=[protec... the item did reach Bangalore on 3rd Sep but never delivered since. Instead its been moving from one hub to another within Bangalore. As per tracking details the item was taken out for delivery twice, but the first time there was no attempt or communications at all. For the second time which was yesterday, i did get a call([protected]) where the delivery guy confirmed that he will be coming in 30 mins but never showed up. I did try calling him many times to which he never bothered to answer. When I checked the tracking details in the evening it said "Future Delivery : Requested by Consignee". This is really bad ! These guys are putting blame on the customers for their inefficiency ! They simply don't value others time.

      Please take a look into it. The item was really urgent to me. Below are the details of the purchase and i am also attaching the screenshot or the tracker.

      For diapers ordered from Firstcry delayed delivery on 2 occasions citing false reasons, namely - no one available at home and request for delayed delivery. Still have not recd my parcel. Courier persons refuses to acknowledge mistake & argues on top. Worst experience.
      Thank You !! I got the product shortly after posting this complaint. Really appreciate your help here.

          UR delivery boy has taken 100rs more from me by sayings my order cost is660 bt it was 560 rs only...solve for dis prob
          It's been 1 week I haven't recieved my order yet
          Everyday I waste 30-40 Rs. Only on calling express bees
          And I get to hear only single thing from them
          "Ma'am I hav registered your complain and you will receive ur order within 48 hrs"

          This is the worst service i'av ever seen.

              Hi,

              I would like to raise a complaint regarding my delivery of order [protected] placed with Paytm. AWB[protected].

              For the past two days I have been receiving a message stating that my consignment is out for delivery. For the past two days I have made sure there is someone at home to pick the delivery by postponing all our other commitments. Ultimately towards the end of the day when I track the package I have a message saying I have requested for future delivery. I would like to clarify that I have NOT REQUESTED FOR FUTURE DELIVERY and this is repeated twice in the past two days.

              I would like my package to be delivered to me by today else I would approach the consumer court.

              Please also penalize whoever the delivery person was supposed to be (my message says it is someone called Chandrasekhar). Take required action against him if he is found at fault.

              Hope to receive a satisfactory response.

                Estimated delivery was 28 aug 2016. Still did not recieve any of them. They are not replying to mails. They say govt has seized the products. But they are not giving any proofs. I m too frustrated with them. I have asked the snapdeal people. They say that none of their products are been seized by govt. The same when said to the xpressbees people, they say that they have relevant documents to proof it and they can send those to me if i mail them. I did so, but did not get any reply from their side. I think they have misplaced my orders. I m too worried and tensed. I want my orders by hook or by crook.

                  In all my firstcry orders, your delivery person always cheats me with change
                  If it's 1135 he says 1150
                  And as always i never get msg b4 being delivered i don't remember the total bill amount..
                  Today my bill amount was ₹1312
                  & i paid the below breakups
                  1- ₹1000 note
                  3- ₹100 notes
                  3- ₹2 coins
                  1- ₹1 coin
                  1- ₹5 coin
                  So it's ₹ 1312 but since i didn't add the total amount of al the parcels (Ther wer two parcels)
                  He jus straight away told the total to be ₹1315 & demanded extra ₹3 & went...
                  After he left i added both the parcels
                  ₹182 + ₹1130 it came to ₹1312 which was wat i handed him first!!!
                  I was cheated with jus ₹3 but this is not jus once!!! This particular delivery guy in my area always makes me pay ₹2- ₹18 extra for al my orders...
                  He has a tactics of not logging the parcel "out for delivery option" & comes without intimation & before we could add for all the parcels he will round off to 10s & 50s (I. E., if it's 118 - he'l say 120 & if it's 128 he'l say 150!)
                  This is terrible!!!
                  It'l b better if your team informs your delivery guys to carry change at least in ₹10s!

                        This 7HW[protected] has not been delivered.
                        Why is this taking forever to deliver the product. Why no one is calling and telling me what's wrong. No one ever called and I see the update that the the delivery person tried calling that is a lie.

                        Then I called again and I was informed that Firstcry has requested a return, when I called firstcry they said there is no return request from their end.

                        so many lies.. can soneone please explain this.

                              The courier should be not at approximate door number (or)not at correct door number they will come at some area to delivery a product and not behave properly

Mallikarjun, mobile no.[protected] @ nellore of andhra pradesh. I called him many times but not responding my call. I gave him sms message also with a request to call me back my mobile no.[protected]. Please cask him to call me back immediately and see that my consignment is hand over me any place @ nellore.                                 I am purchase mobile from shopclues.com they send on 13/08/2016 but from 17/08/2016 courier company hold my shipment at delhi and till date not received at ludhiana. shipment ID[protected] Pls. solve it

                                  Probably worst courier service till date... I ordered 5 items from snap deal two were handed over to expresses not yet received no actions taken false information given no track records no concerned persons number... Rest products i received in 3 days but now more than 10 days call customer care had a word but no response highly dissatisfied this courier company can even effect the sale and hamper the loyality of customers for snap deal if no proper action taken

                                  Deliver boy used abuse language to the me as I was not available as he called me in the evening 8 o'clock please review the person they are not calling me at right time .they should confirm in morning not in late night and abusing us

                                      I ordered shuttle cork from shopclues. The ID is[protected]. They did not deliver it but they have said i did not have Rs.177 with me. Please kindly see to this because any man will surely have the amount mentioned. Please take steps because the sales man steals the items and sells it in the market with higher price.
