[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — Break down of new scooty after being bought from showroom

Hello,

I have bought Aerox(Silver), Chassis No. ME1SG7544R0001186 ON 18TH May 2024. I only rode for 2 days then I was out of town and got back yesterday. Today when I tried to start the scooty it did not start or flash any light. The showroom is the main culprit named Banyan Tree Auto LLP who has sold a defective model of the scooty which doesn't even start within 2 weeks o[censored]sage.
The Road Side Assistance mechanic came and mentioned this never happened where even after charging the battery the scooty doesnt start. As per the mechanic the scooty is faulty and they sold us against a hefty amount.
