BAD QUALITY BIKE

I have bought a yamaha FZ-16 from Delhi SCooters, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi in the mid of Oct.After taking delivery of my bike while going to my home I noticed that unfortunately my RH shocker started leaking.I was really shocked to see that this type of quality is given by Yamaha Motor India.Then i went to the showroom again to get my bike checked.They said 'no problem we will replace the whole leg' after two days and...

Grievance complaint

Product name Yamaha Fz 16.I gave the bike for its first service but i wasn't satisfied at all. The motorcyle seemed as it was just cleaned and polished from outside.I am facing several problems since then and have visited the service centre 4 times but every time i am provided with some excuse and asked to come again later.

Some of the problems are lower pick up and mileage, Stiff rear suspension, noise in chain, rough...

dealer problem

i have booked yamaha fz-16 on 20/9/08...and dealer promised me to deliver the bike in third week of october...i have already given him the full amount but still i have not got my bike so far...they are delaying it purposefully...
many people who booked bike after me have already got their bikes because they have paid 5000/- extra or they must be some big shots...
now what should i do?
or can somebody give me yamaha's...

defective parts

Hello, I have purchased a newly launched Gladiator SS from Gurunanak motors, kasarwadi, pune in march 08.Right from beginning, I've been experiencing pick-up problem.I have told this problem to dealer but he washed his hands off by repeating that clutch plates don't come under warranty period.Company engineer also told me the same.This particular problem is from day one due to defective parts so it is the duty of company to replace...

Rude Behavior By the Showroom Manager (Mr Ajay Bari)

This complaint is addressed to all the higher authority of Yamaha Motors and to all people in Mumbai.

Waiting for my bike

I booked an bike yamaha libero G5. from gwalior to gondia Jn.on 22/10/08 . till date im wating for my bike. i get the news that my bike is still sanding on gwalior station.
receipt No. 01 B 606989.
im working with Nai Dunia Media Pvt. Ltd. (News Paper) as a journilist bike is too Nesesserly for my job.

SPARES

Dear All,
I dont know by writing this matter here what benefit will be there.
I have Yamaha Fazer bike.
Manifold for the same is failed and I am not able to get the same anywhere. Even Harshil Motors, Baroda is not having the spares for the product what they sell. They also not co-operating for the issue. So what to do now. Why the customers of Yamaha is so helpless?

Dealer in new delhi with inadequate infrastructure

im an ardent fan of yamaha and im pained to see the state of affairs in infrastructure and customer satisfaction.The dealer i visited, has his workshop sealed owing to MCD ceiling.the vehicles serviced are been carried out by people who do not wear uniform and i doubt untrained too in the nearby vicinity.this doubt arises from the fact that my ignition coil has become weak and iv complained that to them.they neither changed it nor checked...

About yamaha gladiator bike

I have yamaha gladiator type j.a. on 4th feb 2006 bike will not running properly it will stop in 1st gear when starting after some time....

the material used to made rim of the tyre is not good

it was just 25 days of the time when purschased the bike and while i was going back to home from office there was small ditcheson the way in which my bike went and bcoz of that the rim was damaged due to which air started leaking and its been two weeks that i gave my bike for replacement of the rim the service of yamaha is really not good still im waiting for the new rim.

insurance is already claim but iam waiting for the replacement...

Spare availability

My yamaha libero make of 2006 pertrole tank is leaking from past one month i enquired all the yamaha show-rooms in bangalore-karnataka replied --- no tank is available.

THEY R TELLING MODEL WAS STOPPED.

Big Problem in New Vehicle

Hi,

I have problem with my Yamaha Gladiator, it is just 3 months old (just done 4000 Kms)and the rear alloy wheel heats up badly just after 5-6 Kms ride so I can not ride this bike due to the danger of tyre burst due to over heating. I dont know whom to complainnt as the dealer is not taking any action on this.. Please help me as this is a big problem as I acn not ride the bike, it is just standing at my home.

OLD AND ALREADY USED PARTS IN NEW BIKE

I PURCHASED A NEW YAMAHA GLADIATOR BIKE AT CHENNAI IN THE MONTH OF MARCH 2007. INITIALLY IT WAS OK.BUT AFTER RIDING 6500 KMS THE FORK OIL IN FRONT WHEEL WAS LEAKING.I WENT TO A MECHANIC FOR SERVICING IT. HE SHOWED ME THAT ONE SIDE FORK WAS OLD AND ANOTHER SIDE WAS NEW.PRIOR TO THAT MY BIKE WAS SERVICED TWICE AT COMPANY SHOWROOM ITSELF.FIRST TIME THEY HAVE STOLEN THE NEW DISC PAD IN FRONT WHEEL AND BACK SIDE SUSPENSION WAS ALSO OLD PRODUCT...

Worst Service

Few days back I went to YAMAHA service center (PARMAR AUTOMOBILES) located in New Panvel, sector 1-S. I need to replace rods near rear wheels. Their engineer took my bike for a quick ride to check what else is wrong with my bike. He suggested that there is some problem with engine and he need to open engine to investigate in details. PARMAR AUTOMOBILES owner informed me that the estimated cost could be around 3000/- but detail he can tell...
