Mis information and arrogant behavior

Yashomati hospital marathalli has become a centre of joke now, last week inspite of calling them ansld registering my elderly oarents for covid vaccine, they did not provide the doses stating that there was no stock (till here its was still fine)... called the again today and a lady call receptionist said that they now habe enough stock and their is no need to register its a simple walknin process...could not believe them hence called again,...

There was no person available at pharmacy and had to wait for over 30 mins. This is a regular activity though the hospital claims 24x7 care, there are no staffs after 10 pm. Needed an important medicine, waited over 30 mins but still no response. Had to return empty handed....

On 4th may 2014, we went to this yashomati hospitals as my wife had sudden giddiness and high fever, they have taken 400Rs as consultancy fees, and we were waiting for the doctor to come.I told that she has high giddiness and fever, nurse didnt give a bed to her at all for taking rest till doctor comes. Then after we visit the doctor, nurse put the injection by talking in mobile with no responsibility, nurse didnt give 2 mins time to sleep...
