I'm writing this while sitting in a bus traveling from Bangalore to Pala. Unfortunately, I've had the worst experience of my lifetime. There's nothing good about this bus, and the customer service is abysmal. My seat number is 4, a window seat with the other one vacant. Bus driver behaviour and bus rash driving

This is the stupidest bus operator or maybe just bus driver, but responsibility is with Yathra logistics.
I asked for a pee and he was getting angry, and did stop bus till the next pickup stop which was around an hour long.
How can someone control a nature call? Also with all that how can he be rude with passengers?
And the next point is his driving? I want to reach home so I boarded that bus, don’t want to go to god...

Attitude towards passengers

The driver had a very rash driving...and the attitude towards passengers was very arrogant and short tempered...Im a mother of 1.5 yr old...I was about to lose my child from my hands while I just stepped into the bus..The driver never considered that I'm a woman and I have a child in my hand...He just rushed the bus..
Worst experience!!!
Will never choose Yatra logistics in my future travels and wouldn't rather recommend too...

Horrible bus service

Yatra logistics of red bus is the most horrible bus service .. Bus was 3 hours late, driver kept changing pick up location. Driver simply told to wait for 10 mins everytime we called at last came 3 hours late .. Driver did not pick up called switched off the mobile .....

punctuality

I've been sitting in this yathra logistics bus for the past 12 hours and still haven't reached my destination. The arrival time was 7:30 and it's past 10:00. There was traffic block near palakkad district and the driver took a different route which was almost two hours longer than the normal route. Changing routes without even informing the passengers is unacceptable....

Their service is very very bad, please dont select yathra bus for your travel, last week they spoiled 49 passengers entire day. They delayed the bus around 9hours. They mentioned morning 7.30 they reached thiruvalla, but they reached evening 4.30 only, because of the problem of tax and permit issue and bad condition of bus and tyre issue bus breakdown. Please dont select this bus. And from ernakulam they changed the bus. From volvo multiaxle...

Parcel which i sent lagged for weeks

I did sent a parcel box through yathra logistics on[protected] from Bengaluru to Kottayam. The parcel is not yet delivered and i had spent too much time to make calls to the given numbers and even then i didnt get clear details about the parcel. While sending they assured 100% for delivering it the next day. It would be great if you can take necessary action to this....
