Yathra Logistics — punctuality

I've been sitting in this yathra logistics bus for the past 12 hours and still haven't reached my destination. The arrival time was 7:30 and it's past 10:00. There was traffic block near palakkad district and the driver took a different route which was almost two hours longer than the normal route. Changing routes without even informing the passengers is unacceptable.
