I had opened one Salary account in Axis Bank Prabhat Road, Pune Branch, on 16/08/2016 and I gave them all the required documents. My account was opened instantly and my salary was also credited in the same. But when I went to the ATM to withdraw my money, I couldn't. I tried several times to withdraw my money but failed all the time. When I went to the branch they said that there was some problem with my documents and I will have to resubmit the documents. I did it immediately to the executive who was sent to me to collect the documents. However, today is 10/10/2016 and my account is still debit frozen. Past whole month, I have been giving them the documents and they always said that sir your account will start within 24 hours. I never thought that Axis bank service is so pathetic. And the people working over there are so IRRESPONSIBLE. Dispite of talking to so many authorities and and explaining them about my problem, nobody is helping me. I still dought if they take my this complain seriously or not but I just want to tell the people that having big name in the market doesn't matter in the market but srevice matters.
