Yogesh — street dogs bite the people

I am yogesh living khajoori khas, street no 15, block-b, delhi-94
Sir/madam here is 2 dogs of street. Both dogs are white and red colours dotted. They both are gonna mad and already they had bite 10 to 15 people in a month. Here are many childeren of houses who are playing in street and the colony people who are roaming around here or there.. So i dont want they bite single others people in future also.. So plz do something for this major problem.. They both dogs gonna totally mad. Please its my humbly request solve this problem as soon as possible.
