I have ordered 12 dresses from younique store on Instagarm worth of 9500 rupees. i will attach the payment photo also. They have delivered the dress after 2 weeks. When i checked the dresses most of them are very transparent and also they have given me 4 dresses which i have not selected. Even though they made a mistake i accepted it and kept the dresses but i wanted to exchange the 4 dresses those are utterly transparent. after so many days of chasing they finally sent the address. In addition to that 9500 i spent 250 for return the dresses. After that i am chasing them like everyday about my 4 dresses but they simply avoided my messages. i will get a reply once 2 weeks that "i will share the tracking details" which they have not sent yet. Now no reply from them also. I am utterly disappointed and don't know what to do, i am keep on chasing but no response from them. They are active 24*7 on Instagram and WA but not replying to me.

Updated by Malathi Sankar They have sent me dresses to me and now everything is fine. They apologized me also for not replying properly as they were on vacation and heavy traffic requests from other customers.
Now i am placed more orders with them. Now they reply properly and answering all the requests on time. I have to mention the truth regarding their dresses. I love their prints, material and quality. Even i have suggested their page also to my friends and family. Best place to buy Kurtis. Reply from they may be slow buy they will definitely will come back to you with the response. With all the saying, i tried to remove the post but there is no manual option available. i sent a mail to the customer support team but no response that's why my post is sill here. Happy buying with younique store!!
