Younique Store — Product

I have ordered materials from this store on January 8th with payment. I have enquired about cod option for my comfort. They told, they don't have cod option so i have paid 5200 rs. Initially they told to me that it will reach to me in one month. But till now I didn't get my order and not even kne reply from shopper side. It's going to finish 2 month. I have tried with various ways to contact them. But they are not responding to me. Kindly help me to regain my money
