Dear Sir,

This man is a little mental upset, because he is never ready to listen us, his departure date is 19th March 2017 and booked with us 11th of August and deposited 50000, for which wehave given him a proper reciept with all company details, a proper cancelation Policy has been given to him before the booking mentioned below:
PLEASE NOTE CANCELLATION POLICY WITH TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE ON INDIGO WILL BE NON REFUNDABLE AND NO DATE CHANGE ALLOWED ONCE BOOKED NOT VALID FOR YOUR PACKAGE AS IT’S ON MALAYSIAN AIRWAYS.
2) Any package where Indigo or Air Asia is involved the ticket amount is totally nonrefundable and postponement is also not allowed
In all other cases cancellation charge will be as per the booking condition of the tour and we shall be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person.
• If cancellation is made any time not less than 11 days prior to departure, 10, 000/- per person shall be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 10 to 05 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• If cancellation is made 05 to 01 days prior to departure, 90% of tour cost shall be deducted
• In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
• Cancellation charges for Air Asia Ticket booking shall apply as per Air Asia Cancellation Rules. It will be extra than the above cancellation charges.
• Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per Star Cruises Cancellation Rules. It will be extra than the above cancellation charges.
• Once booking is confirmed during Super Peak period (Christmas and New Year Period between 22ndDecember and 03rd January) Cancellation fee of 75% of Tour Cost will be charged for all booking canceled within 45 days of travel.
• We “YoursTrip Shop” cannot be held responsible for any “Refusal of Visa / Refusal of On arrival of Visa / Delay in issuance of Visa” and applicable cancellation charges will not be there but amount will be refunded as per cancellation policy.
• Any Cancellation Done said amount will be refunded back in 45 Working Days of Time..

with proper pnr which was blocked and asked hinm for 25000 to issue the tkts as He is travelling with 2 Adults -and 2 kids so we have not asked for any wrong Thing.

After this he said to cancel the Package not us because he is having credibilty issues with us. So have Only taken one night Hotel cancelation and 25% of tkts blocking cancellation which can be confirmed anywhere in Singapore Airlines.which we also tried to make him understand. After that we refunded him 22000/- which is completely correct as per policies and the amount which we spent also mentioning below proof of the refund. So he is afraud as he only said that plz refund 22000 and I will be fine. weare having a lot of clients who are well enough happy with our services.

Chandan Kumar I want to say something about this travel agency named yours trip shop, situated at phagwara, punjab.
When I asked for the confirmation voucher, they cancelled my booking, one sided.
After almost 6 months, they refunded only ₹22, 000. They didn't give any proof about where they have spent my ₹28, 000.
