Yours trip shop (Yourstripshop) is a fraudant travel agency. Surinder is the kingpin backed up by rohit who claim to have 10 years of experience (Maybe in fooling people).
I had booked an international holiday for which i paid an advance of rs. 100, 000. They issue a counterfeit booking confirmation of yourstripshop without doing any actual confirmed booking with airlines or hotels.
Whenever they were asked about the actual tickets and booking it was only promised of being provided today and tomorrow. I paid additional visa fees from my own pocket although the total cost of package had the visa fee inclusion. The day before the trip, i was told that the package tour has been cancelled. When asked to provide the flight and hotel bookings which were according to them was confirmed, so that my family could make the trip ourselves they could not oblige and started giving other excuses.
Never did they have a satisfying reply why they cancelled the package, nor has there been any effort made to refund the payment.
Holidays are planned and families with small kids eagerly look forward to travelling and togetherness. People like surinder and rohit have a no care attitude of people’s hard earned money, emotions and the way they have formed this business for cheating has to be ended.
The trip was scheduled during the period of august 2016 and till date yourstripshop has not refunded my payment as of 11th jan 2017. Was this information helpful? |
