I had ordered a mobile back cover from this website with Order ID 9016486. But due to some issues. I cancelled it within 1 hour from order placement. I received a message that I will get my money back after a deduction of Rs 60/. But then I got another Mail that my refund was cancelled and the reason being that we were unable to process it. I Emailed them regarding this matter but I got no response. Now being helpless, I am complaining in the consumer forum against this. I am not getting any satisfactory response from their side.
