I ordered 3 mobile cases Along with screen guard, key chain on July 7, 2021. Total amount i paid 411 for the order. On July 10, 2021 i received a message "Hi Your Order ID:- 3708798 on Zapvi.in has been Shipped Successfully. and We Delivered Your Order 7-9 Days. Kindly Track Your Order at- zapvi.in/track-order" but when i track it, it says out for pick-up. I contacted their customer care on July 11, 2021, they said "Your order will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours". And today is July 13, 2021. Now the company is saying that my order is in printing stage now. I mean now i am confused, almost a week has crossed and they haven't shipped my order yet so how i received message of Order shipping? Also why my order is not shipped till now? This company is just a big scam and they are trying to loot. On Facebook/Twitter, everywhere people are written negative comments. Kindly take strict action against the company and help me to get my refund back. I am ready to file a case against this fraud company. Was this information helpful? |
