Zebpay — Amount debited but not received in wallet

Hi I deposited Rs 5000 in wallet from my registered account at 6:46pm but I did not received the amount in my wallet till now and its 9:36 PM means 3 hours. Please update my wallet. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
