श्रीमान जी मैं हरवीर सिंह मैंने अपने दूसरा अकाउंट SBI अकाउंट नंबर[protected] IFSC SBI 0001894 सुभाष नगर बरेली उत्तर प्रदेश से ₹10000 डिपाजिट किए थे जो मेरे डिपाजिट नहीं हुए मैंने zeb it service private limited IFSC HDFC 0000783 A/C no [protected] पर डिपाजिट किए थे जो मेरे अकाउंट से ₹10000 - हो गए कट गए जो अब तकzebpay मैं डिपॉजिट नहीं हुए मैं अपने 10000 रुपयों को अपने SBI अकाउंट में रिफंड कराना चाहता हूं

This is a real urgent request and I would appreciate if my issue is taken on high priority basis. I have made a payment of inr 9500 deposit in my zebpay wallet on 30th november 2017, the amount got debited from my registered bank account but it didnt reflect on my zebpay wallet. I kept following up on zebpay call center helpline number for a couple of days but I didnt get a clear picture. After a few days of follow up, I was told that the transaction has been canceled from zebpay side, and I shall get my refund as soon as possible. I never got any refund till date, I have been constantly following up on the helpline but my issue is not been taken up seriously. The last time I spoke to mr.Bharat bisht on help line was 07th november (thursday) and he had mentioned that he will look into this matter on urgent and high priority basis, and shall get back to me within 24 hours. He has still not gotten back to me neither I have got any notification or any intimation from zebpay. I spoke to my bank and asked them to check the status, in response to which they have emailed me saying that the transaction was successfully processed and has been credited to the merchant. I am really losing my patience now because it has been the 12th day today and there is no resolution to my complain. Today again I made a payment to zebpay of inr 5000 but this one also got canceled. Finally I am writing here as the payment gateway used was payu. Please help me with a solution at the earliest.
