Zebpay — Money not credited in zebpay but deducted from bank account

I transferred a amount or rs.20000 from bank account to zebpay on yesterday 5.22pm, but still now money has not been credited to zebpay account.Regarding this issue I raised a ticket but still now there is no reply from them. Twitter is full of these complaints so many users are facing this issue. Deeply regretted to choose zebpay account. It is a hard earned money and my entire saving. Please do the needful.

Updated by Krishna Teja Palepu Not completely resolved, showing credited to zeb pay account but is not showing in balance. Pathetic service.
