Zebpay — rs. deposit failed

Hi team,
My rs deposit order d1360315 for ₹ 15, 000.00 created on 13/11/2017 is canceled. My imps transfer (Hdfc) was successfull though with the reference number[protected].
Attaching a screenshot of that. I have created an new request too for the same transaction. And the new request number is d1368560 which also got canceled.

I have raised two tickets to them but got no response. Their customer care number never connects, what should i do?

M deposit money. In zebpay 10, 000rs. But m recive my zebpay wallet from sbbj. To cental bank of india . Date 29/11/2017 and 2day is 1/12/2012 so my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
