Purchased a progressive lens for myself as well as my mother from Srinagar Kashmir. However, both mother as well as me are not comfortable wearing it. My doctor says lens has a PD problem. Had purchased a brand in order to ensure quality, but I feel like i have been deceived. I was told that the lens is costlier but has a guarantee, the company will ensure a quality lens and In case of any issue company will replace the same, but now i realized that all promises made were false.
Am attempting to send direct communication to the company so that my issue is resolved asap.
