Zepmart — Iphone 5s purchased and not delivered

I have ordered an Apple iPhone 5s (Gold. 16GB) worth Rupees 22951/- from ZEPMART.com and refered through JUNGLEE.COM(amazon company) and paid through paynimo payment gateway on[protected] with order no. 1044. the money has been transferred through the debit card(as the offer was only on debit card). they have received the payment on the same day, as i called them and confirmed about the payment. they told they will dispatch the order as soon as possible and if the order is not dispatched within 3-4 days the order will be cancelled and refund would be given(as noted in the policy of ZEPMART.com) after waiting for so many days, i tried to contact the help desk number of ZEPMART.com [protected] and number [protected]. both of the numbers are switched off since last 10 days and also they are not responding any of my mail. so here ZEPMART.COM got to b fraud site, also i gone through JUNGLEE.COM to this site. i did mail to JUNGLEE about same thing but yet they are not responding. i also contacted to PAYNIMO powered by ''TechProcessPayment Services'' about concern issue through mail but they also make their hands off saying that they are only payment gateway and they have released the money to ''Riddhi Enterprises'' on 16.11.2015 and now they are not in business relationship with this company. if the seller (zepmart.com) is not geting in contact and their busines partners JUNGLEE.COM(amazon company), PAYNIMO powered by ''TechProcessPayment Services'' are not hepling then how to avail my refund? plz help asap. I also had the same experience. It's a fraud site. Please file a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell/ Bureau o the Police in your area with all the details. I had filed a complaint with the CCB in my native. They informed me that they will get in touch with TPSL to get the account details of Riddhi Enterprises. They can help in getting the refund only if the account is located in India and the amount is still there. Even if the account is in India, I don't think that money will be there. It would have been already withdrawn. But, if there are many complaints from different parts of the country, those bloody beggars will be traced and put behind the bars. They should not cheat people anymore. One or two complaints are not enough. Those who have been cheated should come forward to file complaints with CCB in their areas at the earliest.
