I have raised a request with Zerodha on their support portal on April 17th, 2023 (ref [protected]), however neither they are providing a resolution nor they explain the reason for delays. Feel like I have hit a wall with them and my repeated calls and emails get practically no response apart from standard replies that they are looking into the issue. It has been 76 days since I raised the issue.
Issue relates to incorrect IFSC code being sent by Zerodha to HDFC AMC with whom I have a HDFC balanced advantage mutual fund with dividend payout option. This leads to failure of NEFT when they are paying out dividend and delay in getting my dividend money every month. Zerodha continues to blame AMC for the issue and when I checked with HDFC they clearly stated that Zerodha is sending them incorrect IFSC code which is leading to failure of NEFT. Even the CMR copy generated by Zerodha shows incorrect IFSC code which I duly pointed to them but they will neither acknowledge mistake at their end nor fix it. I have tried marking email to leadership at Zerodha including Hanan Delvi(Head customer care), Renuka PD and others at Zerodha which are listed on their website as point of escalation. However there is no point in escalating to them as they seem to redirect emails to support portal which will open a new ticket and then they will close it stating duplicate issue.
