I've been allotted with one lot(19) of SBI Card shares. The same was not reflecting in my portfolio in Kite. Did some searching then saw the holdings to be shown only in Zerodha Console (There's no intimation of any sort in Kite mind you. This is completely by forums and others comments who had faced the same issue earlier) - This by itself was time consuming which in market is money.
Then in Console there's a message saying the trade has a descrepancy and I have to manually resolve it (Seriously???). Fine, time is running have to do it at any cost, I follow the instruction of adding a manual trade entry for the allotted shares. And it gives an error which does not make any sense to the end user (Have attached the error as screenshot).
I have raised complaint in Zerodha support ([protected]) as well but no help what so ever. Even tweeted in Twitter with the ticket details asking for help, but no reply.
The market is closed now and I lost the oppurtunity of getting off the shares today. Who's gonna pay my losses caused by ineffiency of these folks?? This is completely unacceptable.
